This stylish, comfortably furnished vacation rental residence features two bedrooms and sleeps up to six fortunate beach-going guests. It is located high atop the Edgewater Beach Resort luxury tower, which is a magnificent masterpiece of architectural design in Destin's Miramar Beach.

Parchment tiled flooring flows throughout Edgewater 1500's open living area, which has a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that provide cruise ship-like views of the gorgeous gulf. A raised balcony table with seating offers stunning views while sipping upon your favorite drinks and relishing savory snacks. A dove gray leather couch sits beneath a tropical painting of coral, while a matching love seat completes this comfortable seating ensemble, and a sand veined decorative rug brings everything together. They view the gulf and a flatscreen TV, which sits upon an upscale whitewashed credenza. A glass-topped table nearby has six sleek white Vintage Modern chairs provided for chic dining. A lightly mottled granite-topped bar next to the open state of the art kitchen provides a perfect place to lay out appetizers, wine, or a wonderful buffet. The kitchen features a rustic beach inspired tray ceiling, brushed stainless steel appliances, and plenty of white custom cabinetry to serve your needs. A window near a laundry room provides vivid views of the distant bay on the far side.

The Master Bedroom with a full en suite bath has a regal king-sized bed with a tufted headboard beside its own set of sliding glass doors providing sparkling beachfront views and individual access to the wraparound balcony. The charming cottage styled Guest Bedroom decorated with Starfish, and a colorful coral print has a queen-sized bed and access to a full hall bath.

Iconic Edgewater soars up in a step-like fashion, and the awesome crescent shaped building resembles a cruise ship on the exterior. It wraps around two lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pools on the other side overlooking the gleaming gulf. The lushly landscaped grounds spread out towards the sugary shore with grassy lawns adorned with tropical palms. The resort's expansive beautiful beach frontage spans across 420 linear feet. The swimming pools sit beside one another on two levels with a waterfall that cascades down from one to the other. One pool is seasonally heated for use while a simmering hot tub for adults and a kid's wading pool provides relaxing fun for everyone. Poolside views of the glowing gulf provide a sensational setting with panoramic vistas of the emerald toned waters that extend way out to the southern horizon. A Tiki Bar & Grill beside the bright white beach welcomes you to dine poolside while enjoying your favorite tropical drinks. A grill deck with seating tempts you to create your own Surf n Turf delight. Edgewater also features a basketball court, shuffleboard, a putting green, a children's playground, and a fitness center.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Christmas through February.

Rates reflect a discount for a building restoration project that will be in effect from September 2024 through March 2025.
