Accommodating up to 11 happy beachgoers, this three-bedroom vacation home is just a five-minute walk from the sugary shore beside the jeweled waters of the gulf in the highly sought-after residential enclave of Frangista Beach. However, you are just steps away from enjoying a lovely oval-shaped private swimming pool right out front. It has a nice patio for sunny relaxation and a columned veranda spanning most of the front of the house, which overlooks the pool. In addition, this accommodating beach house also includes four complimentary bicycles for exploring and free seasonal beach service when you are ready to relax on the white-sand beaches of the gulf.

The open, first-floor living area of Emerald Ayes has a serene ambiance with light blue interior walls and fashionable furnishings. Beach art, colorful paintings, and whimsical wall hangings throughout this home provide a cheerful, relaxed setting. A dove gray-colored couch, two regal slate blue armchairs, and a distinctive accent chair patterned with vintage modern patterns offer a comfortable seating ensemble facing a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. A gazebo-type seating area with decorative lighting is out back with four wicker chairs with cushioned seats provided for additional leisure space. A tropically inspired dining area beside the living area features four high-backed straw woven chairs and a charming side bench seating around a hardwood country table. The open kitchen has a light green countertop bar with four rustic metal stools for the enjoyment of favorite drinks and savory snacks. White custom cabinetry creates a warm look, and gleaming stainless steel appliances give you everything you need to create fun culinary delights.

The bright, spacious Primary Bedroom is located on this level with white furnishings, a king-sized bed, a bonus twin bed, a sitting area with a wicker armchair, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a private ensuite bath. A half bath in the hallway off the living area serves as a convenient powder room. The rest of the Guest Quarters are upstairs, and two bedrooms share a full hall bath. One of the bedrooms has an upscale cottage-styled look with white furnishings, a queen-sized bed with an elegant headboard, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for viewing pleasure. Then other guest quarters is perfect for kids since it provides a queen over queen bunk bed and a flatscreen TV.

This fantastic Frangista Beach location is very close to popular restaurants with friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. Two of them are within easy walking distance. One of them is the casual Whale's Tail, which serves great sandwiches, some tasty seafood baskets, and drinks while a beach volleyball game is usually in progress. The other is Pompano Joe's, which is a vibrant, colorful seafood place that serves delicious food and is known for their extended Happy Hours. You are also a very short walk away from the Seascape Resort, which has a championship golf course, a pro tennis center, and fun beach recreation rentals with special rates provided to Ocean Reef guests. This locale is minutes away from grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Dining, drinking, shopping adventures, concerts, and wonderful festivals are also close by at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf along with Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.
