Emerald Dunes 203 is a luxurious vacation residence that is comfortably furnished with a fashionable contemporary flair that includes fun coastal accents. An oversized oil painting of a lighthouse and playful sea life prints provide tropical flourishes. The open living area includes a chocolate toned leather couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, and a sea life patterned accent chair as a comfortable ensemble around a unique round marble-topped table. A double set of glass doors provide beachfront vista views and lead to a breezy balcony. A glass topped dining table nearby sits beneath a vintage styled multi-sconce chandelier. Six sleek dining chairs provide a sophisticated, yet relaxed setting for dining. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a thick richly mottled granite-topped bar with three stools for the enjoyment of favorite drinks or tasty appetizers.

The Master Bedroom has double corner windows that look out upon the bright white beach. You may enjoy these glorious views from the king sized bed attired with a nautically colored sea life patterned pillows. The luxurious en-suite bath includes an individual dressing table off the bedroom with a vanity. Another separate vanity is in the adjoining main bath which includes a large walk-in shower with a soothing rainfall shower head. The two Guest Bedrooms share a full hall bath.
