Sleeping eight carefree beach-going guests, this charming two-bedroom vacation rental at Emerald Dunes has a convenient location right in the heart of Crystal Beach. This low-density beachfront residential building gives guests an air of privileged living space. Emerald Dunes sits high upon sugary "dunes" above the bright crystalline beach and features panoramic views of the "emerald" toned gulf that extend as far as one can see into the glittering southern horizon.

Emerald Dunes 205 takes full advantage of these jeweled vistas with a unique open concept plan that features a spacious alcove for the living area with a wide window. The adjacent dining area sits next to sliding glass balcony doors and another side window that also frames the sparkling seascape. Comfortable outdoor furniture on the beachfront balcony beckons you to experience the scenery and listen to the sensual surf sounds while enjoying your favorite tropical drinks with savory snacks. The living area includes a pale blue couch, loveseat, and a large white armchair for comfortable seating around a beautiful custom-made hardwood coffee table. A 65" wall-mounted flatscreen TV, with a sound bar, provides theater quality entertainment. The dining area has a large country-styled rectangular table with ample seating for six. The open kitchen features white cabinets, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a white Carrera Morro quartz countertop with four wooden stools where appetizers, beverages, or a fun buffet meal may be easily served.

The Master Bedroom includes a king-sized bed and 75" flatscreen TV next to a sunny window, along with an ensuite bath with double vanities and a tub shower combination. The elegant Guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed, 55" flatscreen TV, and a sunny window with access to a full hall bath. There is also a Bunk Nook tucked off the hallway with two twin beds.

Excellent amenities at Emerald Dunes include the bright, beautiful private beach and a swimming pool with a sun patio in the front of the building near grounds with clusters of tropical palm trees. The pool is heated during the chilly times of the year, while a bubbling hot tub provides pampered relaxation whenever you may desire to use it. A community grill area is also on the beachside, which may tempt you to create a fun 'Surf n Turf' meal while the salty air stimulates your appetite.

This central Destin locale in the popular Crystal Beach neighborhood is conveniently close to grocery stores,  wine shops, and restaurants.  Four locally-owned dining establishments with excellent food are nearby overlooking the jewel-toned gulf, including The Crab Trap, Camille's, and 790 on the Gulf. Sensational shopping adventures at Destin Commons, Paradise Key as well as the City Market are also close by. Destin Commons is the most popular since it features an idyllic shopping experience with palm-lined pedestrian-friendly avenues with fountains where you may stroll around shopping at fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, and specialty shops. Restaurants, bars, and an AMC Multiplex Theater are also located there. The famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the largest designer discount centers in the nation, is just minutes away in Miramar Beach, offering tremendous bargains on world-class goods.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.
