This newer home with comfortable contemporary furnishings features a stately Old Florida styled exterior design with upper-level balconies and a rooftop observation deck. Although it's in a privileged little residential enclave of its own just a short walk away from the neighborhood beach access, this fantastic locale is in the heart of everything Miramar Beach and Destin have to offer.

Emerald Haven features its own lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pool, so you are only steps away from taking a refreshing plunge or lounging around on a spacious sun-drenched patio. It has a grill and a dining table beneath a covered open veranda, so you may enjoy poolside cookouts along with your favorite cocktails. One of this home's two living areas is on the first floor adjacent to the pool veranda with a convenient wet bar, a wraparound couch, and lounge chairs. A Guest Bedroom is on this same level with a king-sized bed and crisp, up-to-date furnishings. It has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower that swimmers can use if need be.

The main living area is on the second floor with lots of windows and glass doors that lead out to a covered balcony that overlooks the pool down below with seating to enjoy drinks and snacks. The Great Room incorporates the bright living, dining, and kitchen areas. Furnishings feature a warm coastal style with an eye toward comfort. A light-colored couch flanked by two unique cushioned chairs with decorative carved hardwood ball frames faces a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. Nearby a beach-inspired rectangular hardwood table beneath a long colonial-styled lantern has an elegant high-backed wing chair at each end and eight low white spindle chairs on the sides with the ability to accommodate ten happy diners for a family meal together. The open kitchen features an angled, richly veined marble counter bar with five thick hardwood-backed raised chairs for additional wining and dining. The kitchen has plenty of creamy white custom cabinetry and upscale stainless steel appliances to create fun culinary delights. Two nicely appointed Guest Bedrooms on this level with king-sized beds share a connected full bath with a tub shower combination. A half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room.

The Master Bedroom Suite and a connected Bunk Room for kids with four twin beds span across the entire third floor. The spacious Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, a seating area with two plush tufted armchairs, multiple windows, and glass balcony doors that provide stellar views of the gorgeous gulf in the distance. A spiral staircase on the balcony leads to a rooftop Observation Deck which provides amazing 360-degree views. The luxurious Master Bath has an angled granite-topped counter with two separate vanities, a deep corner soaking tub with two sunny windows, and a walk-in porcelain tiled shower.

This fabulous Miramar Beach location is only a few minutes away from gulf-front restaurants, grocery stores, liquor wine shops, and one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlet. They feature bargains on a wide array of world-class goods. Wonderful restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and vibrant seasonal fireworks are also close by at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
