This vacation rental is placed along a palm-lined section of Scenic Gulf Drive in the prestigious residential community known as Frangista Beach. The locale alone offers guests easy access to popular gulf front seafood restaurants like Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, which are within easy walking distance right down the beach.

This Mediterranean styled three-story Frangista Beach rental home provides paramount spectacular views of the jewel toned waters of the gleaming gulf and its sugar white beaches with all the comforts of home. Each of the three levels of has a spacious covered balcony that runs the width of the house with multiple double glass doors allowing access to these special outdoor spaces. Here you can enjoy cocktails and conversation while simultaneously experiencing the visual beauty as well as the harmony of the sensational surf below.

The design of Good Times is perfect for a friends or family reunion since there are two separate living areas located on both the first and second floors. The first level with the splash pool is perfect for leisurely lounging since it is richly appointed with comfortable leather furnishings, a flat-screen TV, a wet bar and a full hall bathroom. A bunk room for the kids is also on this level which contains two queen-sized bunk beds that sleep four along with another mounted flat screen TV.

The second floor hosts the second living space with plush furnishings that face a wall of glass doors that open onto a balcony where you can enjoy the views of the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Part of this room includes a charming dining area where magical moments may be shared for a family seafood feast. The adjoining open kitchen has up-to-date art stainless steel appliances, mocha colored custom cabinetry and shiny black granite countertops that includes a breakfast bar. There is another lovely Guest Room on this floor that has a comfortable king sized bed and access to a full hall bathroom.

Upstairs you will find the main Master Suite with a king-size bed, which also has its own beachfront balcony where you and a special loved one may enjoy a romantic rendezvous. Also on this floor is a queen bedroom with a full bathroom attached. Besides enjoying all the comforts of home, taking a dip in the splash pool and swimming in the gulf, you also have access to the Frangista Beach community pool, just a short walk away. This gated pool is like its own watery oasis with a columned entry portico adorned with tall palms and lush landscaping.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
