The home's front looks out across Scenic 30A onto Oyster Lake, which is a precious natural treasure filled with fish and fowl.  A wraparound balcony on this raised home takes full advantage of this great observation point with multiple views of the sensational scenery. Part of it is an open sundeck that spans across the entire beachside of this home with a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a grill. This invites guests to enjoy the views and listen to the soothing surf sounds while sharing favorite drinks along with some savory barbeque.

The open living area, dining, kitchen, and bedrooms are all on the raised second-floor level. The spacious look is accentuated by luxury vinyl plank flooring and a wall of windows with double glass doors in the center framing the glittering gulf. The comfortably appointed interiors feature a blend of fashionable Vintage Modern and beach-inspired cottage styled furnishings. Stylish décor includes nautical accents, prints of colorful fish, and beach scenes throughout. A plush tufted latte colored wraparound couch on one side of the living area and a beige couch that doubles as queen sleeper sofa face the beachfront views as well as a flatscreen TV for visual entertainment. Nearby a rich honey-toned hardwood picnic table provides a charmed casual dining ensemble. The open kitchen includes veined white quartz countertops, custom live-edge shelving, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space.

The Master Bedroom Suite and an adjacent Guest Bedroom both feature king-sized beds and have individual access to a balcony with lovely views of the coastal dune lake. The Master Bedroom also has a full en suite bath with a vintage-tiled walk-in shower. Another nice Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed while a bunk room with a twin over full bed and a twin trundle. The Guest Bedrooms have access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Besides spending quality time at the beautiful beach, paddle boarding, or kayaking on Oyster Lake and trying your luck fishing, this locale offers lots to do. Dune Allen Beach serves as the western gateway to the wonderful world of life along Scenic 30A. Picture perfect coastal villages are a short distance away, which provides fun family adventures. The Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is less than two minutes away, featuring an array of dining spots, friendly bars, galleries, fashion boutiques, seasonal festivals, and open-air concerts. Two popular restaurants are within walking distance. The Vue on 30A is part of the old established Santa Rosa Beach Club with Floridian as well as Caribbean seafood fare elegantly served from a dining room with superb views of the gulf from high atop a sugary dune. Another popular restaurant is called Stinky's Fish Camp, and despite the strange name, it serves fresh-caught seafood with daily specials displayed on a chalkboard. This place looks like a Southern fish camp with lots of hardwood, high ceilings, a wide selection of beer, and ample wine variety.
