An outdoor dining table and raised Adirondack chairs invite you to look out upon the scenery while enjoying favorite drinks with tasty appetizers. The indoor dining area includes a rectangular country-style table with a hardwood top on a white base that matches a side bench and four vintage-modern white chairs. Four raised chairs nearby on a sleek black granite-topped bar provide additional space for entertainment. The kitchen features cream-colored custom cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances to fulfill all your culinary needs when dining in. 

The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed with a regal tufted headboard beside double glass doors that lead out to the balcony. It faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV to the side of a tropically styled golden woven wicker dresser. A private ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower and a distinctive nautical look with white walls richly accented by royal blue. One of the guest bedrooms with a queen-sized bed features a beachy look and has a sunny window looking out upon the balcony. The other guest bedroom is perfect for kids with a floating twin bunk bed. Both rooms include a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure. They share a full hall bath with a tub shower combination, which serves as a convenient powder room.

Grand Isle on 30A features a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by lovely grounds adorned with royal palm trees and a lush tropical setting. Guests may also access the private beach directly across the street or venture down to explore the great shops and restaurants of the Grand Isle facility.

This fantastic Seagrove Beach locale places visitors in a highly sought-after spot along 30A. Great locally-owned restaurants nearby include Café 30A for seafood and steaks, Angelina’s for incredible Italian, Mi Casita for tasty Mexican food, and the Perfect Pig Grill and Old Florida Fish House for an array of savory treats. Captivating coastal villages like the iconic Seaside and the enchanting Village of Rosemary Beach are just minutes away by car in each direction. Keurig coffee makers are provided in all Ocean Reef properties to help get your beach day started. Don't forget your favorite K-Cups!

Are chairs and umbrellas included?

Answer:

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. The beach access is located at the end of Gulf Beach Drive, less than a two-minute walk from the home.

Can you grill on the balcony?

Balcony grills are a fire hazard and prohibited by the HOA. A community grill is provided in the Grand Isle parking lot for guest use. Happy grilling!

How many parking spots does each unit get?

Grand Isle 302 is allotted parking for two vehicles only. If additional parking is needed you can find options for overnight parking here.
