Ideal Beach Destination

This idyllic five-bedroom vacation home is located in one of Destin's most exclusive and prestigious residential enclaves, known as "Destiny by the Sea." The three-story residence, which features a crisp stately presence, places 14 fortunate beach-going guests right into the proverbial "lap of luxury." It is just a 2-minute stroll away from the private beach as well as an opulent community pool and clubhouse. But why walk when you can take the home's complimentary six-seater golf cart? This makes getting around a breeze! You also have the wonderful option to take a freshwater plunge in this home's refreshing private pool.

The first floor of Ideal Beach Destination includes a Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed, warm creamy white cottage styled furnishings, and a large wall-mounted Flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure. This guest quarters shares a full hall bath featuring a wide glass-walled shower with a Kid's Room that has two twin bunks. A lovely bonus den with access to the private pool deck includes a queen sleeper sofa and wall-hung Flatscreen TV for added entertainment.

An expansive open Great Room on the second level incorporates the hospitable living, dining and kitchen areas of this home. Rich Travertine Marble tile flooring flows throughout while walls of windows provide lots of light. The living area includes a comfortable wraparound couch and chic accent chair centered upon a decorative Persian rug. They face a beach washed hardwood cabinet that houses an extra-large Flatscreen TV for entertainment. A granite-topped game table sits beside it near a colorful abstract painting of sailboats. Sliding glass doors nearby lead out to a balcony deck with table seating available for outdoor dining and favorite cocktails. The open state of the art kitchen features upscale brushed stainless steel appliances, which includes a French Cabinet styled refrigerator/freezer. A long white Carrera Marble island with cascaded sides features stylish raised chairs with curved hardwood backs for fun libations and delicious dining.

One of the three beautifully appointed Master Bedroom Suites is on this floor, which includes a king-sized bed with a regal tufted headboard and access to its own romantic balcony. The adjoining private luxurious bath features raised glass bowl double vanities, and a deep soaking tub located its own large unique glass-walled alcove.  The other two Master Bedrooms are on the top level, with access to a shared balcony that spans the house's width. Each one includes white furnishings with a comfortable king-sized bed and own ensuite luxury bath. There is a corner soaking tub and separate shower in one bath, as well as a tub shower combo in the other. One of these Master Suites also features its own Wet Bar.

Besides the beautiful beach and exclusively gated entry, Destiny by the Sea features a lavish tropical oasis with a lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pool. Towering palm trees, palmettos, and other indigenous plantings adorn a sun patio around the pool. A simmering Hot Tub nearby also provides pampered relaxation. The urbane clubhouse features a soaring columned veranda beside the pool with covered seating areas.

This fantastic location is minutes away from popular Gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars overlooking the jewel-toned waters. One of them, known as The Crab Trap, is a short walk down the beach (or take the golf cart) and features delicious dining with craft cocktails served in a charming golden Americana styled setting. Grocery stores, wine outlets, and abundant shopping venues are also nearby. Delightful diversions, dining establishments, rollicking bars, specialty boutiques, fun festivals, and open-air concerts are minutes away in the enchanting world of Baytowne Wharf along with Grand Boulevard at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

First Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Queen Bedroom, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Wet Bar.

Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas must be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Spring Break.
