Welcome to Just Shellin’ (formerly Palm Breezes), a stunning three-story retreat in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, where luxury and coastal charm come together seamlessly. This four-bedroom vacation home, nestled in a quiet residential enclave, comfortably hosts up to twelve guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group getaways. Just a short stroll from the white sands of the Gulf and within easy walking distance of the lively Gulf Place, this home places you right in the center of 30A’s best attractions and natural beauty.

Inside, each level of Just Shellin’ is designed to provide a blend of coastal elegance and comfort. The first floor features a serene bonus primary bedroom with a king-size bed, private porch access, and an ensuite bath with a granite-topped double vanity and a walk-in shower—a perfect retreat after a day in the sun.

The second floor opens to a spacious and inviting living, dining, and kitchen area. A slate blue couch, matching armchair, and wheat-toned loveseat create a cozy setting around a light-patterned Persian rug and a gas fireplace, complete with a large flatscreen TV for relaxed evenings. Coastal-inspired decor enhances the charm, while the dining area, with its elegant hardwood table and lantern lighting, seats eight comfortably. The open kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a wraparound bar with plush seating—ideal for entertaining. On the third floor, you’ll find the main primary suite and two additional guest rooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed facing a mantle and a private veranda for relishing Gulf views. Its ensuite bath is a luxurious haven with a double granite vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A guest bedroom with a classic sleigh bed and ensuite bath offers added comfort, while an additional guest bedroom across the hall includes a queen-size bed paired with its own bath.
