Welcome to Just Shellin’ (formerly Palm Breezes), a stunning three-story retreat in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, where luxury and coastal charm come together seamlessly. This four-bedroom vacation home, nestled in a quiet residential enclave, comfortably hosts up to ten guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group getaways. Just a short stroll from the white sands of the Gulf and within easy walking distance of the lively Gulf Place, this home places you right in the center of 30A’s best attractions and natural beauty.

Inside, each level of Just Shellin’ is designed to provide a blend of coastal elegance and comfort. The first floor features a serene bonus primary bedroom with a king-size bed, private porch access, and an ensuite bath with a granite-topped double vanity and a walk-in shower—a perfect retreat after a day in the sun.

The second floor opens to a spacious and inviting living, dining, and kitchen area. With two large sofas and a large flatscreen TV the living area is perfect for visiting, playing games, or relaxing in the evenings. With a king size sleeper sofa, and full bathroom with granite topped double vanity and large shower, the living area provides additional room for guests.  Coastal-inspired decor enhances the charm, while the dining area with hardwood table will seat everyone for memorable meals.
