Lucky Charm

Lucky Charm is a delightful two story vacation home that invokes warm nostalgic memories of yesteryear with an enchanting Old Florida design. Here you may create your own meaningful memories to be cherished for years to come. Although Lucky Charm is a newer home it includes a tin roof, an old fashioned white picket fence and a gracious front porch that spans the entire width of the house. Adirondack chairs are there where you may enjoy the gulf breezes while sipping upon your glass of old time lemonade or your current favorite frozen tropical drink.

The interiors of this rental home are cheerfully decorated with soothing colors. It has four beautifully and comfortably furnished bedrooms and can sleep up to twelve fortunate guests since there are bunk beds and a sleeper available for the kids. The spacious main living area has a festive long wrap around couch that faces the flatscreen TV. The dining area includes a table with six seats that sits beneath a torch globed vintage chandelier. Nearby the bright white kitchen includes a side by side refrigerator with an icemaker and everything you need to enjoy creating a savory seafood dinner. Four raised cushioned bar seats face the open kitchen and makes a great spot for serving drinks or enjoying appetizers.

One of the Guest bedrooms is on the first floor level with a king sized bed and access to a full hall bathroom. The other comfy three bedrooms are above. This includes the large Master Suite and one of the Guest Bedrooms which both have access to the upstairs balcony. The spacious Master Suite also has a full private bathroom. The other Guest Room shares a full hall bathroom with the third lovely bedroom which also has a queen bed along with a twin bunk bed. This room would be perfect to provide sleeping accommodations for parents with two little ones or even an all kid slumber party room!

This convenient location in the Summers Edge community off Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach is close to charming towns nearby including Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This gives you a whole host of seasonal activities for family fun with a wide assortment of restaurants, bistros, lively bars with musical entertainment, specialty boutiques and art galleries. Summers Edge itself has a huge sparkling neighborhood swimming pool and access to the sugar white sand beach, each of which is just a short two minute stroll away.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Queen and Twin Bunk.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through April.
