Beside the open kitchen, a rectangular glass-topped table is flanked by bamboo-framed side chairs and two tall straw wicker end chairs for charmed dining. Four round dark bamboo stools with vibrant tropically patterned tops sit beside a malt-toned granite kitchen bar for additional entertainment space. The full kitchen has everything needed to create a fun family feast.

The primary bedroom has stately white cottage-styled furnishings with a king-size bed, a vibrantly colorful decorative rug, a flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure, access to the balcony, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and separate vanity area. The guest bedroom also has white cottage-styled furnishings with two twin beds, a TV, a sunny window, and colorful flourishes with bright decorative décor. It utilizes a full hall bath with a tub shower combination that also serves as a convenient powder room.

Stunning shoreline views can be enjoyed from this residence with its centralized location between the building's two forward wings. Mainsail features lush, tropically landscaped grounds with an expansive sun patio and palm trees around a large swimming pool. A big bubbling hot tub pampers vacationers, and a wading pool is provided for the kids. A walkway leads across the lovely grounds to the resort's beautiful white-sand beach, with complimentary seasonal beach service. Another pool is located on the resort's north side and is typically heated during the year's cooler months. A fitness center overlooks this pool, including showers, dressing areas, and a sauna. There are also four tennis courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard on the resort grounds, all of which are lighted for night play.
