This "walk-out" vacation rental residence has three bedrooms with multiple beds and accommodations for up to ten carefree beach-going guests. It is located at Mainsail in Miramar Beach, featuring abundant amenities, including two sparkling swimming pools. The south pool pavilion is centered between two buildings near the beach. The tropically landscaped grounds feature an expansive sun patio, a large pool, a big bubbling hot tub, a wading pool for the kids. There is also a colorful playground nearby with a unique mini waterfall to frolic around in delight as it splashes down upon them. A walkway leads across a lush lawn to the resort's private shimmering shoreline, featuring complimentary beach service provided seasonally. This gracious residence includes an expansive balcony spanning from the open living area to the master suite with direct access from each and overlooks the palm-studded grounds. Chairs and side tables bid you welcome to enjoy the breezy gulf views while sipping upon favorite tropical drinks.

Mainsail 215 has a comfortably furnished living room with a sleek white couch, two light green patterned armchairs, and a striped accent chair. This seating ensemble is centered around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. A large sailfish and a big wall sculpture of a unique sunburst crescent moon with a starfish provide wonderful beach flair. The charming dining area includes a cream-colored rectangular frame table with a dark hardwood top. Two bench seats are on each side, and sleek, high-backed cushioned chairs are at each end. A built-in bar with a wine cooler and four square bar stools with gray cushioned tops provides excellent entertaining space. The bright white open kitchen provides everything needed to complete fun culinary creations.

The master bedroom has stylish furnishings with a king-sized bed beside the sliding glass balcony doors and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed also has an ensuite bath, while the other guest quarters feature two twin bunks and have access to a full hall bath.

Besides the beautiful beach and gulf view swimming pool, another pool is located across the grounds on the resort's northern side. Two poolside grilling stations are provided to enjoy outdoor cookouts with family and friends. A fitness center overlooks one of the pools with showers, dressing areas, and a sauna. There are also four tennis courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard on site. Each court is lit at night for evening play. Additionally, a fun arcade game room is provided for the kids.

This outstanding Miramar Beach location is minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Other restaurants, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, and a movie theatre featuring a VIP dining room are nearby at the swank Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort town center of Grand Boulevard. The charming New Orleans French Quarter-inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf is also at Sandestin. It hosts a wide array of restaurants featuring bars with live music, unique family amusements, fun festivals year-round, open-air concerts, and vibrant seasonal firework displays.
