This fashionably furnished two-bedroom vacation rental at the exclusively gated beachfront resort of Mainsail can accommodate up to six fortunate guests. Visitors have access to fantastic on-site amenities and are only minutes away from all the fun and excitement Miramar Beach & Destin have to offer.

Mainsail 247 has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a mix of contemporary coastal and beach-inspired furnishings. A dove gray couch is flanked by two straw-woven chairs with palm-patterned cushions around a stylish round cocktail table. Another accent chair sits beside a regal black table with an elegant lamp. This seating ensemble faces a cornered wall with sliding glass doors leading to a furnished balcony. This is the perfect spot to enjoy savory drinks and appetizers while relishing in the views of the gorgeous jewel-toned gulf. A large flatscreen TV mounted above a charcoal-colored glass front cabinet displaying decorative art provides entertainment. A rustic rectangular gray hardwood table with six matching slat-backed chairs beneath a glass lantern lamp sits near the open kitchen. It features a sleek gleaming black granite-topped bar flecked with silver and three dark ebony saddle stools to serve drinks with appetizers. The handsome kitchen includes brushed stainless steel appliances and rich caramel-colored hardwood cabinetry accented by an ash-colored tile backsplash.

The primary bedroom has an intricately carved four-posted king-size bed with dark stately yet tropically inspired side tables with grand silver-based shaded lamps. This grand bedroom has direct access to the breezy balcony and an ensuite bath with a striking raised granite-topped double vanity sink and a separate walk-in shower area. The bright white guest bedroom with cottage-styled furnishings has a sunny window, a queen size bed, and access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

Mainsail has abundant amenities, including two sparkling swimming pools. One pool is positioned near the beautiful beach with views toward the glistening gulf. This pool includes an expansive palm-studded patio, a big bubbling hot tub, and a shallow wading pool for the little ones. A walkway leads across the tropical grounds to the shimmering shoreline, where complimentary seasonal beach service is provided. Another pool is located across an expanse of lush lawn on the north side of the resort. Grilling areas invite you to enjoy cookouts with family and friends. A fitness center overlooks the pool, which includes showers, dressing areas, and a sauna. There are also four tennis courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard, which are lighted at night for evening enjoyment. An arcade game room is provided for kids of all ages.

Mainsail’s premier location in Miramar Beach is a short distance from popular gulf-front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets offering bargains on over 100 world-class designer goods. Restaurants with casual bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, and a multiplex movie theater featuring a VIP dining room are minutes away at the tropically urbane Grand Boulevard of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. The absolutely captivating New Orleans French Quarter-inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf is also at Sandestin on the waterfront. It hosts a wide array of great restaurants with bars providing live music, unique family amusements, fun year-round festivals, outdoor concerts, and vibrant seasonal firework extravaganzas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated November through March.
