Majestic Sun 209B is a beautifully furnished residence featuring spectacular views of the bright beach and dazzling jewel-toned Gulf. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with a dining table and chairs to experience the vivid views while enjoying favorite beverages and snacks. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the soothing surf sounds. Inside, a blue couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two pinstriped armchairs face a flatscreen TV mounted above a handsome dark credenza. Decorative art throughout features marine life sculptures, seascapes, and tropical flourishes. A round glass-topped table nearby includes four stylish metal-backed chairs with cushioned seats for dining. Two café-style stools sit near a granite-topped bar for additional dining and entertainment space. **Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
