Two interconnected towers feature a soaring arch that goes right through the middle of its center, so it resembles a giant humanmade sandcastle. This architectural masterpiece has a magnificent design with a "majestic" look and faces out towards the "sun" with a prominent position on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. The Majestic Sun has a big beach view pool with bubbling hot tubs and a palm-lined promenade that parallels the shimmering sugar white shoreline. In no time you may go from taking a pool plunge to luxuriating in the jewel-toned waters of the glowing gulf.  An excellent indoor pool connects to the one outdoors and sits beneath the big arch with a cathedral ceiling that towers dramatically above it. A wall of floor to ceiling windows allows swimmers to see the sparkling beauty outdoors while swimming in the climate controlled environment within. A state of the art fitness facility nearby also has massive windows where you may enjoy the views while working out. 

Majestic Sun 302B is a two bedroom vacation rental that can accommodate up to seven happy beach-going guests. Views of the glittering gulf beside the bright beach can be seen from the open living area through a triple panel of sliding glass doors that frames the sensational seascape. They provide access to a beach-facing balcony that has tables and chairs that invite you to sip upon your favorite drinks, munch on some tasty snacks, and relish the views while listening to the soothing surf.

A plush dove gray colored wraparound couch faces these views as well as a large wall mounted TV. The décor throughout creates a comfortable coastal ambiance with nautical accents and whimsical reminders that you are indeed at the beach. A charming country cottage type table has six white ladder-backed chairs and sits next to a vibrant abstract painting of a waterscape. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a cream granite-topped bar mottled in gray and four round topped urbane vintage stools. This provides a perfect spot to lay out savory snacks, drinks, wine or a delicious buffet when dining in.

The Primary Bedroom has a full en-suite bath, and a king-sized bed framed with a rustic shiplap headboard that sits beside sliding glass doors that provide direct access to the breezy balcony that extends over to the living area. The Guest Bedroom has a creamy cottage styled look with crisp nautical spreads that includes a queen sized bed beneath a twin.

The Majestic Sun is close to favorite gulf front restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates for golf, tennis, and water recreation sports on site. Abundant amusements are also minutes away at Baytowne Wharf along with Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.
