Sliding glass doors frame the breathtaking seascape and lead to the breezy balcony where you may enjoy the beach views firsthand. The open living area has a captivating cottage style with comfortable furnishings that include a lovely blue sofa, which doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and two accent chairs vividly patterned with fish. A wall mounted flatscreen TV provides entertainment.  Blue and white chairs flank a cream colored wooden table for exquisite dining beside a coastal painting. Three straw topped stools face a solid granite topped bar next to the open kitchen where favorite tropical drinks and tasty treats may be easily served.

The Master Bedroom has a serene, pleasing ambiance with light pastel colors, a sunny window, warm white furnishings, a king-sized bed, and a private en suite bath. Another full bath is located off the hallway that may serve other guests. The balcony provides stunning views of the gulf, and you will want to spend a lot of time here enjoying the sparkling scenery.

A sun deck down below with a big pool and simmering hot tubs faces the beautiful beach. A state of the art fitness center features windows that provide the same views beyond the outdoor pool deck. An interconnected indoor pool has a dramatic cathedral ceiling accentuated by a wall of floor to ceiling windows that allow you to see the glistening gulf while swimming in a climate controlled environment. The outdoor pool has a spacious patio for lounging under the sun and looks out upon a palm-lined promenade directly across the street that parallels the gleaming gulf. The wide promenade provides convenient access to the vast white ribbon of crystalline beach that spans across 2,000 linear feet of the sugary shoreline.

This excellent location in Miramar Beach is close to popular restaurants with friendly bars all along Scenic Gulf Drive. It is minutes away from grocery stores, wine outlets, and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. **Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
