Majestic Sun 408A is a one bedroom beach view vacation rental that has dazzling unobstructed vistas of the emerald toned waters of the jeweled gulf. As soon as you enter the open main living area you are enchanted by this sensational scenery that's framed by wall of glass doors leading out onto the breezy balcony with outdoor seating. The panoramic views up and down the wide sugary white ribbon of beach also extend as far as you can see into the sparkling southern horizon. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying the vivid views, listening to the soothing surf sounds and sipping your favorite tropical drinks. A plush gray couch and matching loveseat face these views along with a flat screen TV. Raised stools sit beside a breakfast bar for dining near the ample kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The bedroom is completed in creamy colors and includes a king size bed, a flat screen TV and a full bath en suite. A twin bunk is nestled in off the hallway and has access to another full bath that doubles as a convenient powder room. Since this property also includes a queen size sleeper sofa in the main living area up to six happy beach-going guests may be accommodated here.

The Majestic Sun has a spectacular indoor pool with a towering two story cathedral ceiling and a wall of glass facing the glittering gulf. An opening connects to the outside where it trickles down to another large pool below. This allows you to view the gulf while swimming indoors in a climate-controlled environment during the cooler times of the year or in case of inclement weather. The outdoor gulf front pool has an expansive sun deck patio that overlooks the sugary shoreline and includes a pair of bubbling hot tubs for soothing relaxation. There is also a full fitness center on site with windows that also overlook the outdoor pool and beach beyond. A championship golf course and professional tennis courts are right next door at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rates. This wonderful location in Destin's Miramar Beach places you near popular gulf front restaurants and friendly bars on Scenic Gulf Drive. You are also a minutes away from area grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at Silver Sands, which happens to be the nation's largest discount designer outlet. A wide assortment of wonderful restaurants, lively bars, shopping boutiques, free concerts, seasonal festivals and family amusements are also close by at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
