This fully remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom vacation rental is located in one of two luxury towers that are interconnected with a soaring arch that makes the complex resemble a giant sandcastle!

The views are grand from the 4th floor where you can easily see the white sand beach and gleaming gulf as far as the eye can see. From the breezy balcony you can look down and view the enormous sun deck that surrounds the pools and hot tubs. An indoor pool spills down to the outdoor pool from underneath a big arch which soars overhead. A wall of floor to ceiling windows allows you to see the gorgeous gulf scenery while swimming in a climate controlled environment. On the beach is a long palm studded boardwalk that parallels buildings.

In Majestic Sun 411A the open main living area as well as the Master Bedroom Suite enjoys these same views and when the balcony glass door is open you can also enjoy hearing the serene sound of the surf. The plush wrap around sofas in the living area take full advantage of these views since they face the balcony as well as the nice flat screen TV. The furnishings in 411A are elegant and comfortable. Between the living room and kitchen you will find a dining table with seating for six in comfortable chairs or on a kid friendly bench. The lavish granite bathed kitchen emanates luxurious living with modern stainless appliances and a gorgeous cut stone back splash. The large pillow laden king sized bed in the Master Suite allows you to view the scenic outdoor beauty through double glass doors that lead out to the beach view balcony. The Primary Suite Bath has been re-mastered to include ebony wood cabinetry placed smartly beneath a gorgeous slab of Barre colored granite and double sinks. The Guest Bedroom hosts a full bed with a twin trundle and is beautifully decorated in soft cream colors. This room has access to a full bathroom that is nearby off the hallway.

On top of everything else Majestic Sun's Miramar Beach location is minutes away from beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, golf or tennis at Seascape, discount shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
