It is located on the eighth floor of the Majestic Sun which is aptly named since the magnificent architecture of this landmark building in Miramar Beach is indeed majestic and full balconies have sunny southerly views of the glistening jewel toned waters. The water seems so close that when you look out the walls of glass you almost feel like you are a first class passenger on a cruise liner with a big luxury suite.

Once you step out onto the balcony you see the wide sugary white ribbon of beach that awaits you as well as the expansive pool deck below. This wonderful breezy balcony extends from the main living area all the way across to the Master Bedroom Suite so you may find yourself spending a lot of time here. It's the perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverages with friends while relishing the views of the sparkling gulf, a spectacular sunset or even the silvery full moon over water if the timing is right. The open living space also has access to these views from within where you may enjoy the comfort of a big elegant mocha colored couch and creamy arm chairs. Besides the outdoor views the seating also allows you to enjoy viewing a flat screen TV that is ensconced within a decorative custom cabinet. The other part of this room has an elaborately scrolled base dining table with a glass top and high backed chairs that seat six beneath a warm vintage globed chandelier. Nearby is a sleek black granite topped bar with four more seats that face the very ample open kitchen where you may prepare tasty appetizers or a fun family seafood feast.

The upscale Master Suite in Majestic Sun 804B comes with its own private bathroom and is fashioned in a contemporary style with a king sized bed that has simultaneous views of the gleaming gulf as well as a wall mounted flat screen TV. The Guest Bedroom can accommodate kids or adults since it has a queen size bed below and a twin bunk above, both of which have views of another flat screen TV. This Guest Bedroom has easy access to another full bathroom that doubles as a Powder Room off the hallway.

Down below you may enjoy views of the gulf on the giant sun deck that surrounds a big pool and hot tubs. Inside underneath a soaring arch that gives the building a sandcastle like appearance is a rare indoor pool that spills down into the other one outside. A wall of floor to ceiling windows allows you to see the gorgeous gulf scenery while swimming in this climate controlled environment. There is also a Fitness Center on site at the Majestic Sun. Along with everything else available this location is minutes away from popular beach side restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, golf or tennis at Seascape, shopping at the largest designer outlet in the nation known as Silver Sands and entertainment at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin.

**Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
