Another wall beside it has a wall mounted TV. This open sunny Great Room also includes six decorative crisscross chairs flanked by richly woven straw high backed chairs at each end of the dining table. It offers a perfect setting for a casual fun family feast. Nearby there is a granite bar with three creamy white stools that face the open state of the arts kitchen with new gleaming stainless steel appliances. The extra width of the bar inspires you to set out an abundant assortment of savory snacks.

An antique style hardwood tile floor flows from the Great Room into all three bedrooms which gives Majestic Sun 901A a warm homey feel. Decorative art and pleasing pastel prints of sea life throughout provides a lovely subtle charm. The Master Bedroom has a full luxury bath en suite, a comfortable king size bed and double glass doors that lead out directly to the beach view balcony. The other two Guest Rooms have charming queen size beds and one of them also has a private bath en suite. A third full bath is accessible from the other Guest Bedroom and also serves as a convenient powder room off the hallway. All three bedrooms include wall mounted TVs. Since part of the wrap around couch in the main living area folds out into a queen size bed, this property can sleep up to eight happy guests.

The Majestic Sun itself is a treasured architectural icon that parallels the beautiful beach with its presence. A soaring arch goes right through the center of interconnected towers. Underneath the arch is a climatized indoor swimming pool with a cathedral ceiling and a giant wall of glass that looks out toward the glittering gulf. This connects to a large outdoor pool and bubbling hot tubs surrounded by a spacious sun deck overlooking the sugar white beach, which is just across Scenic Gulf Drive.

This wonderful vacation destination is just a few minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, golf or tennis at the Seascape Resort where Ocean Reef guests receive special discounts and bargain shopping Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer factory outlet. Lots of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivities and amusements are also nearby at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
