Direct access to a screened veranda allows you to enjoy the soft gulf breezes in privacy. Additionally, a cozy guest bedroom on this level offers tropical-themed decor, a queen-sized straw-woven bed frame, and a private bath.

First Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Patio Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Laundry. 

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: Loft with Two Twin Beds.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.

The use of golf carts are prohibited in the Old Florida Beach community.
