This gracious Destin vacation home is located in the exclusively gated Paradise Retreat community of Miramar Beach, with four bedrooms and comfortable accommodations for 10 excited beachgoers. Palm Breeze is a single-level residence just a short stroll away from the deeded Seashells by the Sea neighborhood beach access. It also includes a refreshing private 25'x10' swimming pool out back that can be heated during the chillier times of the year. The lovely lagoon-shaped pool features a spacious patio for sunning with plenty of lounge chairs. An umbrella table with chairs and a gas grill invite you to enjoy your favorite drinks and a fun poolside meal. Traveling with a larger party? Palm Breeze II is located directly next door, with ample space for eight additional guests.

A nicely maintained, lush lawn welcomes you with tropical palm trees and a cool coastal breeze. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas have a spacious look accentuated by oversized latte-toned tile. A chocolate leather seating ensemble and an accent chair are set around a large hardwood cocktail table on a tropically patterned rug. A large flatscreen TV sits on a handsome credenza near an accent chair, providing entertainment when not enjoying the beach or pool. Nearby, a dark-stained regal hardwood table with eight raised chairs sits beneath a sconce-styled vintage chandelier for charmed dining. The open kitchen has everything needed for creating festive family meals. It includes blonde custom cabinetry, chocolate-tone mottled granite countertops, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a bar with raised seating for drinks and savory appetizers.

The primary bedroom suite features coastal and cottage-style furnishings, including a king-sized bed with a rich molasses-toned pinewood frame. The private ensuite bath includes a tub shower combination. Two guest bedrooms include queen-sized beds. One is done with charming creamy light cottage-style furnishings, while the other has warm honey-toned hardwood appointments. The third guest quarter is a bunk room with a full/twin bunk in addition to a separate twin/twin bunk. The guest quarters share a full hall bath with a tub shower combination.

This wonderful location in Miramar Beach is minutes away from popular restaurants with friendly beach bars that grace the coast here along Scenic Gulf Drive. One called Pompano Joe’s is easily within walking distance down the beach and provides delicious fresh seafood in a funky colorful setting. Nearby, Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive discounts at a forested 18-hole championship golf course dotted with lagoons and a professional tennis center at Seascape Resort. This locale is just minutes away from grocery stores and discount designer shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
