This grand Gulf-front vacation home towers three stories above its private premium beachfront location at Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle in Destin. Lavishly furnished with seven bedrooms, this premier vacation residence has the ability to sleep 18 privileged guests with multiple beds.

Destin Pointe is centered on two Coastal Dune Lakes, which harbor abundant wildlife and is bordered on two sides by over 3,000 linear feet of sugary shoreline. It features two community swimming pools, one a stone's throw away overlooking one of the lovely lakes. The other pool is a short distance away on the beachside with lush tropical landscaping, a wraparound patio with shade pergolas, a bubbling hot tub for pampered relaxation, a delightful geyser patio area, and restroom facilities. Destin Pointe also features an impressive gulf beach access point with pergolas, restroom facilities with dressing rooms, a picnic area, a lush lawn, and tropical landscaping. Other amenities include tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and a kid's playground.

Paradise Pointe includes guest quarters on three different levels, with living areas on the first and second floors. Furnished balconies provide glorious views of the gulf located off the main living area on the second floor, along with the primary suite on the top floor. Access the beach with ease from your own personal boardwalk. When arriving to the sand, enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas.

Upstairs, the spacious, palatially furnished primary bedroom on the top floor has a vaulted white shiplap ceiling, a king-size bed, and a romantic beachfront veranda with a porch swing. A luxurious ensuite bath features two vibrantly colored decorative sink vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two sumptuously furnished guest bedrooms on this floor both have king-sized beds and direct balcony access. One includes a luxury ensuite with a walk-in shower, while the other shares a full hall bath featuring a tub-shower combination with a Bunk Room that has four twin beds and a sitting area.

This seemingly remote locale at the far western end of Holiday Isle is only minutes away from grocery stores, wine shops, restaurants, and shopping adventures. Destin's crown jewel of HarborWalk Village is nearby, providing a golden Americana-styled setting on the marina, home to North America's largest private charter fishing fleet. This captivating village has a wonderful array of dockside restaurants, bars with live music, specialty shops, and unique family amusements. HarborWalk hosts outdoor concerts, fantastic festivals all year round, and seasonal firework extravaganzas. Rentals are available for pontoon boats and water recreation craft, along with fishing charters, sunset dinner cruises, dolphin sightseeing excursions, and even a treasure hunt adventure aboard a mast-sailed boat complete with a rollicking costumed crew of pirates. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Magnolia House community pool is seasonally heated.

A new and improved neighborhood beach access for Destin Pointe is currently under construction, with an estimated completion date of late 2024. Alternate access to the beach will be provided during this time. Paradise Pointe, however, utilizes a private beach access behind the home.
