This gracious vacation home places up to 20 beach-going guests in place of privileged private residency. This highly sought after location off Scenic Gulf Drive places you in the heart of Miramar Beach with close, convenient access to everything it has to offer.

It has a lovely setting overlooking a natural lagoon adorned with assorted palms and indigenous pine trees. The home takes full advantage of this setting with two upper level covered balconies spanning its width and a lower level columned poolside veranda. The pool patio includes chairs with tables for relaxing under the sun with favorite drinks and tasty treats. The wide second-story balcony that overlooks the pool with the lagoon serving as a beautiful backdrop. It includes a large table, chairs, and a gas grill to enjoy meals while taking in the stunning setting. Featuring the best of both worlds, this private vacation home also has full access to the neighboring beachfront Crescent condo complex. Guest will enjoy splashing in one of two beachfront pools (one heated seasonally), relaxing in the community hot tub, grilling up surf and turf at the on-site grills, dining al fresco at one of the gazebos, and enjoying the ample white sandy beach.

Each beautifully appointed bedroom in Paradise Villa includes a full private en suite bath while a half bath serves as a powder room. This home has a split bedroom design, which is perfect for separate family members or friends who are sharing a vacation together. Two bedrooms with private baths are on the first floor, the open living area is on the second floor, and the other two guest suites are on the top level. All bedrooms include comfortable cream-colored cottage styled furnishings and bright white en suite baths. The first-floor suites include a king-sized bed in one with a walk-n shower bath. The other includes two full bunk beds, one twin bunk bed, and shared access to a tub shower combination bathroom. This floor provides direct access to the pool and includes a convenient Wet Bar.

The second floor incorporates the open living, dining, and kitchen portions of this home made for entertaining. Latte toned tile, a wide array of sunny windows, and lightly colored furnishings provide a warm radiant ambiance. A comfortable seating ensemble facing a flat-screen TV mounted on a decorative credenza includes a creamy white couch that converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a matching love seat, and a blue accent armchair. It is all centered on a large, beautifully patterned rug. The open kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances and a wraparound two-sided white counter bar with a total of eight decorative raised cushioned chairs framed in a vibrant robin's egg blue color. The maple topped table nearby has six matching cheerfully color-coordinated chairs for dining. Double glass doors access the balcony to enjoy grilling and dining al fresco.

The upstairs Guest Suites include a king-sized bed while the other has two full-sized beds. Each suite features an individual bath with walk-in showers as well as direct balcony access. Another Wet Bar is conveniently located at this level.

This excellent Miramar Beach location is close to popular restaurants and friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive, grocery stores, wine outlets, and bargain shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation's largest designer discount centers. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rates nearby at Seascape for fun beach recreational rentals, golf, and tennis. Lots of dining, drinking, shopping, and fun festivals are nearby at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Twin Bunk and Walk-In Shower, Bunk Room with Two Full Bunks and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Wet Bar, Laundry, Patio Access.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access, Wet Bar.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, one of the community pools is seasonally heated.

Are you allowed to park one vehicle at The Crescent?

Answer:

Paradise Villa is allotted parking for 2 vehicles only. Although the Crescent Beach Cottages neighborhood has access to select amenities at the Crescent condominium, access to the parking lot is not provided. If additional parking is needed, you can find options for overnight parking here.

Are we allowed to bring our own umbrellas to beach?

Answer:

Personal chairs and umbrellas are permitted as long as they are set up behind the beach service. It's also worth noting that tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

Is there a blender and Keurig in the kitchen?

Answer:

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, a toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may want to pack additional disposable goods and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
