This lovely Santa Rosa Beach vacation home includes three bedrooms with full private ensuite baths and accommodates 10 happy beachgoers. It features an outstanding gulf side location in the exclusively gated Sunrise Beach neighborhood on Scenic 30A. It is only a minute's walk away from the private neighborhood beach access and seconds from its own private swimming pool for a freshwater frolic. Once you arrive on the shore, guests can enjoy two complimentary seasonal beach setups!

When you arrive at Periwinkle, you are immediately embraced by its charming look. It includes a front spindle rail-sided veranda with seating and an upper-level balcony. The navy blue exteriors with creamy white trim and decorative adornment give it a crisp nautical appearance. Once inside, you are impressed by the comfortable open living quarters with honey-toned hardwood flooring and lots of windows for a warm, bright look. The living room includes a cream-colored wraparound couch beneath a vibrant painting of a captivating beach scene. Two royal blue armchairs complete the ensemble around a rectangular butcher block cocktail table. A circular pedestal-based hardwood table near the open kitchen includes six creamy crisscross-backed cottage-style chairs for charmed dining. The kitchen's white custom cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances provide everything needed to create a wonderful family meal. A large island beneath decorative vintage light fixtures is accented by a natural hardwood top flanked by four bright blue chairs for wining and dining. A door leads out back to the swimming pool. This area includes a brick patio with lounge furniture, a grill, and a table for fun poolside dining.

The lower-level Master Bedroom has a relaxed, serene look with a king-sized bed and two light blue cottage-styled bedside tables with lamps. The bed faces a built-in desk that doubles as a lovely dressing table and a large wall-mounted smart TV for nighttime viewing pleasure (live TV not provided). The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower, while a half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room.

Each Guest Bedroom on the second floor also includes an ensuite bath. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full bath with a tub shower combination. The other is a fantastic Bunk Room with four full beds, a vaulted cathedral ceiling, and access to a front-facing balcony. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower. Both Guest Bedrooms include smart TVs for evening entertainment (live TV not provided). A third-floor Bonus Loft with a cozy couch has access to a breezy rooftop sun deck.

This outstanding location is within walking distance of Gulf Place, the Santa Rosa Beach village center. It is home to great restaurants, an ice cream parlor with a game arcade, a coffee shop, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, and galleries. A palm-lined outdoor amphitheater in its center provides a perfect place to enjoy musical concerts, colorful art shows, and fun festivals. It is only ten minutes east of Miramar Beach, with grocery stores, wine shops, and world-class bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach also features loads of restaurants, friendly bars with live music, shopping adventures, fun year-round festivals, and seasonal firework celebrations at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and the tropically urbane Grand Boulevard.

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Powder Room.

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Two Full Bunk Room with Walk-In Shower and Laundry + Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Bonus Loft with Balcony Access.

*add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed)

Beach service MUST be purchased if not provided complimentary in order to utilize the private beach. Tents and canopies are not allowed. Personal chairs are permitted with the purchase of an umbrella rental.

Live TV is not provided. Streaming services are available with personal logins.

This property only allows for 10 guests to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Fantastic Location
The location of this house was everything! It is a minute walk to the beach, and there are restaurants and stores right across the road. We stayed here with our two little kids, which made getting out of the house so easy with everything nearby. The only thing I wish this property had was basic things in the kitchen to cook like spices, oil, etc because it’s not worth it to buy for a few days. However, the management company was very transparent about what was included with the property prior to our arrival so I knew this ahead of time! Any questions we had were quickly responded to by the management company. We will be back again someday!

Great house, great location
We visit the area every summer and this was one of our favorites. The location is fantastic—a short walk within the neighborhood to the beach and a short walk to good restaurants—and the house was clean, good-sized, and in good shape. We'd happily stay again.

We loved the property! The downstairs area was perfect and spacious and very clean. The check in process was easy and I was able to contact the property managers easily with questions. They were very helpful and responded quickly. The property was in a great location with a walk across the street to the beach. We loved this property!

Fabulous!!
My husband and I stayed at Periwinkle with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids, ages 5 and 7. We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully decorated ( I coveted the painting of the bathers in the kitchen area) roomy and comfortable. The beach is a very short walk away and the private pool was an enormous asset, especially for the kids. The house is almost super clean. The only areas that were a bit spotty were the drawers in the downstairs bedroom (which had a film of sand on the bottom), and behind the couch (which we only found when we were looking for a lost toy). We stayed in the dowstairs bedroom, which for some reason was warmer than everywhere else, but I travel with a fan, so that helped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need--pots, pans, and gadgets galore. The location is terrific--a short walk to Pecan Jack's for ice cream and candy, and also for a store that sells toys and last-minute beach items. The community is well-landscaped with pretty homes nicely maintained. I highly recommend this property! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Does the home include beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas?

We provide bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, but beach towels are not provided. As for beach chairs and umbrellas, Periwinkle includes four chairs and two umbrellas complimentary. This service is provided seasonally March through October.

Are there local bike shops you recommend for bike rentals?

Where is the nearest beach access for this home?

Periwinkle is located within the private beachfront neighborhood of Sunrise Beach. This neighborhood includes two separate beach access locations for neighboring homes. The closest access point to Periwinkle is situated adjacent of Daybreak Ct, less than a one-minute walk away. The other is located across from Sundown Ct, approximately two minutes away.

Do you provide bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and/or dishwashing soap? What about a hair dryer?

Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

How long does it take for the pool to heat up?

The heated private pool can take 24-48 hours to become fully heated. If you wish to include pool heat on your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can notify the pool vendor ahead of time.

Is all bedding included?

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Is there a golf cart that comes with this rental?

Periwinkle does not include a golf cart, however, you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors! Golf carts are only permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less, and each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space. Enjoy the ride!
