Puesta Del Sol

"Puesta Del Sol" is Spanish for "sunset" so this villa was aptly named. You will certainly enjoy more than one spectacular sunset over the gorgeous gulf in this lovely home since it's the closest unit in the complex to the beautiful white sand beach. It offers enough room for up to 12 guests via four spacious bedrooms with extra bunk beds and two queen-sized sleeper sofas.

This vacation rental is located right off Scenic Gulf Drive in La Terraza, an upscale neighborhood that's part of the Miramar Beach Villas community. It shares the large sparkling swimming pool nearby, which is festooned with tropical palms and has an expansive deck for sunning. Puesta Del Sol is completed in a charming classic Mediterranean style with distinctive 21st-century interiors that include lots of fashionable creature comforts. The open living and dining areas are in a sunny room with high ceilings and contemporary décor. A flat-screen TV has two large comfortable couches that face it, and they can double as queen-sized sleeper sofas.  A gleaming granite counter topped bar has four leather seats facing an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This makes an excellent spot for entertaining while enjoying savory seafood appetizers and favorite adult beverages. The sunny dining area has a big rectangular hardwood table under a stylish modern chandelier that seats eight with tall ladder backed chairs. A cheerful guest room has twin beds with nautical attire on this first-floor level and has access to a full hall bath that also serves as an easily accessible powder room.

Upstairs you will find two more Guest Bedrooms and the Master Bedroom, all of which each are like suites unto themselves since they feature private luxury baths. The regal sumptuous Master Suite has a big plush king-sized bed beneath an elegant decorative double tray ceiling and warm chocolate toned hardwood floors. One of the Guest Bedrooms also has a comfortable king-sized bed while the other has bunk beds with two twin bunks. Each room also has its own flat-screen TV.
 
This convenient Miramar Beach location places you equidistant from the bustling nightlife and marina at Destin's HarborWalk Village as well as the laid back beauty of Scenic 30A in South Walton. However, many who arrive in this perfect world never feel the need to go much farther than Miramar Beach itself. Popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, and grocery stores are very close. Miramar Beach is also home to one of the largest discount designer centers in the nation, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets.  Here millions of shoppers get bargain discounts on name brand clothing and household goods. Championship golf, professional tennis, and beach recreation rentals are nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive exclusive discounts. Family fun, outdoor concerts, seasonal festivals, and specialty shops are minutes away at the enchanting French Quarter inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as upscale Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. There is lots to do here- but don't forget the sunset!
