This charming four bedroom vacation home has been updated and has an ideal sought after location in historic Grayton Beach, just a short three-minute stroll away from the jeweled waters of the glittering gulf. Up to 12 happy beach loving guests may be accommodated here. The Grayton Beach State Park wraps around two sides of the original village, and Forbes Magazine recently acclaimed it as one of the most beautiful beaches in America. Grayton Beach includes an exotic coastal dune lake that serves as a habitat for a wide array of fish and fowl due to a magical composition of salt and fresh water. Such natural treasures are found in very few other places in the entire world.

Besides the nearby beautiful beach, Sand Dollar has its own lovely lagoon shaped pool out back with plenty of patio lounge chairs and a porch swing. A grill is provided for cookouts, and a covered terrace with a dining area allows you to enjoy a meal with favorite refreshments poolside. A charming half bath and a convenient outdoor shower are available. Inside, the comfortably furnished main level welcomes you with an open spacious living area with lots of windows and glass doors that let in abundant natural light. The glass doors lead out to a wraparound balcony with seating that looks down upon the beautiful pool below. The interior furnishings are light and bright while all six dining chairs provide a dark contrast beside a hardwood country table and four more raised seats facing the kitchen. The living area has a dark colored cloth couch and love seat along with a woven straw rug, rustic chests, antique tables, seascape paintings and sea life sculptures that provide a casual beach flair. The kitchen has everything needed to create a fun family feast. It features stainless steel appliances with a 6-burner gas range and dual oven, a  gleaming side by side refrigerator with an under cabinet freezer, a pantry for tasty treats and a breakfast bar to lay out a savory seafood buffet.

The three cottage styled Guest Bedrooms are on this floor with a king bed in one, a queen size in another and two full beds in the third. They share a full hall bath. The spacious Master Bedroom on the top floor has a king sized bed, a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, a breezy balcony as well private luxury bath featuring dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and garden tub.

This great location is within easy walking or biking distance to the center of Grayton Beach, which features a unique fun gallery and two restaurants. Chiringos offers Spanish style food, drinks, and tapas. The famous Red Bar, where celebrities are sometimes spotted, provides excellent dining and favorite drinks with live music. Picturesque coastal villages along Scenic 30A in South Walton are only minutes offering a wide assortment of other restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, free musical concerts and seasonal festivals.
