Sandy Pants is in the lovely residential community of Seacrest Beach, which borders a high sugary dune overlooking the jeweled waters of the glittering gulf. This hospitable 3,000 square foot two-story home can accommodate up to 14 fun-loving guests. There is so much to do here! Gracious amenities include a convenient beach tram and four bikes to whisk you down to the beautiful beach and a remarkable neighborhood oasis of interconnected swimming pools. The sparkling pools connect on different levels adorned with cascading waterfalls that flow down from one into another. The highest raised pool is centered on a large fountain where children enjoy watery frolic with their parents, thanks to a spray that mists down upon them. A shallow pool is available for kids while two designated adult lap pools are set aside for avid, serious swimmers. The enchanting setting is bordered by tropical gardens studded with towering palm trees, picnic pavilions, barbeque grills for family cookouts with friends, lush lawns and an amphitheater that stages seasonal concerts.

Sandy Pants, formerly known as Swell Life 30A, is completed in a nostalgic golden Old Florida style but has upscale modern appointments for comfort. It is set among a cluster of palms with a columned front porch and matching covered balcony above that invites you to "come and sit awhile" perhaps while sipping your favorite tropical drink! The bright open living area indoors is accentuated with rich honey-toned hardwood flooring that flows throughout, soaring ten-foot ceilings and crown molding. Windows on each side of the double glass front doors with a transom above provide lots of light. Part of this room has a comfortable couch with two accent chairs facing a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Nearby a rustic hardwood table has seating for eight while four raised wooden stools sit beside an adjacent sleek white quartz topped bar. The open kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of crisp white custom cabinetry for all of your tasty goodies.

One of the Guest Bedrooms is right off the kitchen with access to a full hall bath and a double set of glass doors that lead to the back porch. The elegant Master Bedroom, another spacious Guest Bedroom, and a Bunk Nook are upstairs. The Master Bedroom includes a cozy king sized bed, its own balcony, a full en-suite luxury bath with dual granite topped vanities, a soaking tub as well as a separate walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has comfortable creamy white furnishings, a king-sized bed, an en-suite bath and its own balcony. A twin Bunk Nook sits beside the second floor master bedroom, while two full/twin bunks are off the third floor den with another rooftop balcony.    
 
This great Seacrest Beach locale in South Walton has a sandwich shop, a breakfast place, a pizzeria and Mexican restaurant very close by. It is also only an arrow's shot away from the captivating Dutch West Indies inspired village of Rosemary Beach, which features an abundance of fine restaurants, wine bistros, galleries, specialty shops, clothing boutiques, free outdoor concerts and delightful seasonal festivals.
