Sea Breeze Cottage includes an open living, dining, and kitchen area with two cozy seating arrangements. A loveseat wrapped with a white tropical slipcover sits near the double glass doors in the front beneath a sunny window facing a cocktail table and two cushioned wicker chairs. The other portion of this room has a sand-toned couch, which doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a loveseat with striped pillows that fashionably match an accent armchair. They gather around a white-framed cocktail table encasing tropical straw woven baskets while facing a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. Decorative art throughout this home features paintings of seascapes, vibrant beach-inspired prints, sea life sculptures, nautical items, baskets, bowls, and vases. A charming white rectangular dining table with a rich molasses-toned hardwood top and six spindle-backed chairs sit beneath a suspended lantern near the open kitchen. The kitchen has an angled granite-topped entertainment bar with stool seating on two sides, brushed stainless steel appliances with a French-styled refrigerator freezer, creamy white custom cabinetry, and plenty of counter space to create a fun family feast. A glass door leads to a side porch with a picnic table, lounge chairs, and a gas grill for outdoor entertaining.

The sunny primary bedroom has regal white cottage-styled furnishings, including a king-size bed with a cannonball frame flanked by tables with tropical straw woven lamps. Its ensuite bath has double vanity sinks and a wide walk-in shower. This suite also has a glass door providing direct access to the screened-in patio. The guest bedrooms both include comfortable white coastal-styled furnishings with a queen-sized bed in one and a twin over full-size bunk bed with twin trundle in the other. The queen bedroom features an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower adorned with marble tile, while the bunk room utilizes a full hallway bath with a tub-shower combination.

This lovely home is a short stroll away from a refreshing neighborhood swimming pool* and the bright, beautiful shores of Crystal Beach. It is also minutes away from the idyllic retail village of Destin Commons. This captivating place features Mediterranean-styled turret towers, a classic fountain, a geyser plaza where kids can play, and a multiplex movie theater. Pedestrian-friendly venues lined with royal palms meander throughout the village, connecting to fine clothiers, boutiques, shoe stores, jewelers, specialty shops, and restaurants with bars. Crystal Beach is an equidistance away from both Destin and Miramar Beach.
