Sea Cabins 9B is a handsomely furnished vacation residence with two separate levels. The first floor includes an open living room, bathroom, and kitchen area, while the primary bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. A plush blue queen-sized sleeper sofa and two armchairs in the living area sit beneath a colorful watery abstract painting. They ensemble around a subtly striped decorative rug and modern cocktail table while facing a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Nearby, a twin bunk nook is provided for the kids. Tile floors flow into the open kitchen, where three round stools saddle up to a malt-toned granite bar. The kitchen features white custom cabinetry and matching appliances and provides everything needed for a fun family meal. An umbrella table with four chairs provides additional dining space on a sunny outdoor patio. A full hall bath on this level with a tub-shower combination also serves as a convenient powder room.

Venture upstairs to the primary bedroom, accessed by an open white rail staircase. It features a cozy queen-sized bed and a richly tiled ensuite bath with a tub-shower combination. A private washer and dryer are tucked away in the bathroom closet for added convenience.

Sea Cabins boasts a relaxed atmosphere offering vacationers a variety of exciting outdoor amenities. A community pool provides sparkling refreshments and is seasonally heated during the cooler months of the year. Lounge chairs on each side of the pool provide the perfect place to sunbathe while reading a book or to catch up on some z's. Located on the far side of the pool is a coin laundry facility if you insist on doing chores while on vacation. Multiple tables and charcoal grills are scattered throughout the tropically landscaped grounds for fun family cookouts. Ready for the best part? Just steps away, you'll find a big pavilion across the street that provides gated entry to the sugar-white sand beach below. In no time at all, you may go from lounging around the pool to luxuriating in the glowing jewel-toned waters of the gulf. Two complimentary bikes are also included to explore the surrounding beach communities!

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through March.
