This level is attached to a guest house with another full kitchen and living area. The living room includes a white sofa and tropical accent chair that faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV near a window balcony. A sunny dining nook beside the kitchen has a round, colorful mosaic-topped table with four chairs, while the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The lovely guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin trundle and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. A half-bath powder room is also available off the kitchen.
