Can you tell me more about the beach access?
Yes! Prominence includes a complimentary tram service that runs Memorial Day through Labor Day from 9 am - 3 pm. The tram will take you to and from the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access located at 3468 Scenic Hwy 30A E, approximately 3.5 miles away. You can also drive to the Deer Lake State Park beach access only 0.5 miles away. The park charges $3 per vehicle and includes restrooms, picnic pavilions, nature trails, and more!
How far is this townhome from the pool?
SeaSet Skies is located on the northwestern edge of Milestone Dr. in the Prominence community. The townhome is approximately a four to five minute walk to the community pool.
Is the pool on the same side of 30A?
SeaSet Skies community pool is located at the front entrance of the Prominence neighborhood on the north side of 30A. There is also a fitness center, grills, and restrooms here!
Is the pool heated?
The sought-after Prominence community is currently in the process of installing pool heaters for the community pool. Once complete, all properties in this neighborhood will reflect this amenity online. Be sure to check back soon for additional details!
