This three-level Inlet Beach townhome features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bath powder room. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bath, while the powder room serves the second-floor living quarters. It accommodates six beach-going guests with the use of a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The outstanding locale of Shoreline 9 places guests at the far eastern end of 30A in an incredible world of its own. It sits on the shimmering white shoreline with gorgeous views of the glittering jewel-toned gulf. These townhomes are bordered by the beautiful Camp Helen State Park located on Phillip's Inlet. This beach park extends across 180 acres from the gulf to Lake Powell. Precious coastal dune lakes of this kind are found hardly anywhere else in the world, and this one is the largest in the entire state of Florida. They harbor abundant wildlife, fish, and fowl due to the magical mixture of artisan spring-fed and salted waters. The inlet creates this habitat with ever-changing tidal action and is just a short stroll away down the beach from this residence. Camp Helen features terrific nature trails, beachcombing expeditions, swimming, and great fishing.

Shoreline 9 #1 takes full advantage of its premier beach position with two raised upper-level balconies. They include a covered veranda on the second story and a top-floor sun deck that overlooks this spectacular scenery. This residence sits right beside the neighborhood beach access that leads down to the pristine shoreline below. The first floor includes covered parking and a propane grill, while the second floor features the open living area and kitchen. This bright space provides a wonderful beach-inspired setting with sea-washed hardwood vinyl flooring, an antique Persian rug, and white shiplap walls. Sliding glass doors frame views of the gorgeous gulf and lead out to a comfortably furnished veranda. You may enjoy your favorite drinks here while taking in the vivid views and listening to the soothing sounds of the surf. The living area includes a gray couch and matching love seat that faces the seascape and an extra-large flatscreen TV that sits upon an antique beach-styled cabinet for entertainment. Two white bamboo-based chairs sit around a matching circular table for charmed dining. The open kitchen features white country cabinetry, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and a light granite-topped counter bar. Two square barstools are provided for fun wining and dining. A half-bath powder room is also conveniently located nearby.

The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom are located upstairs with private baths. The Master Suite includes a king-sized bed with a rustic cottage-style headboard. It faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and sliding glass doors leading to a romantic private balcony with seating overlooking the gorgeous gulf. The Guest Bedroom has charming cream-colored cottage-style furnishings with a comfortable king-sized bed that faces a flatscreen TV and a sunny window for natural light.

This fantastic Inlet Beach location is minutes away from grocery stores, wine outlets, shopping adventures, and friendly beach bars. It is also a short distance from the enchanting coastal village center of Rosemary Beach and all the excitement that Panama City Beach has to offer.

How close is the construction? Is the beach easily accessible?

Answer:

Although the construction is next to Shoreline 9, we have had no complaints from guests thus far. The beach access is only seconds away at the end of Walton Magnolia Lane. This is one of the area's most beautiful beaches as it neighbors Camp Helen State Park and Philips Inlet.

Is the water still clear with the lake nearby?

Yes - depending on the tides. The only brackish portion of the gulf will be located directly at the mouth of the lake.

Is the construction directly in front of the property?

Are there beach chairs rentals and restrooms on the beach?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. There are not public restrooms at this location, but your condo is less than a one-minute walk from the sand!

We love our dogs here at Ocean Reef, however - Shoreline 9 #1 is a non-pet-friendly property.  If you are unable to board your pup, you may want to consider one of these Pet Friendly Rentals.
