This two bedroom vacation rental at Silver Dunes has recently been remodeled, is beautifully furnished, and is ready for eight fortunate guests. Although it is near high rise luxury towers that covet this prestigious portion of the beautiful beach, Silver Dunes is in a wonderful world of its own. This low-density residential vacation community is centered around a grassy lawn that spans across towards the luminescent jewel toned waters of the gulf. A beach walk crosses over the sugary dune down to the private beach. Towering palm trees and tropical plantings adorn this setting, which features a large sparkling swimming pool that is heated during the cooler times of the year.

Silver Dunes 40 is a spacious top floor two story condo that has glorious southwesterly views from two balconies and allows guests to experience sensational sunsets over the water and magical tropical twilights. You may enjoy this sensational seascape and gulf breezes first hand with favorite drinks on either balcony or relish the same views from within. The open living area on the first floor has light latte toned comfortable couches that face a wall of glass doors that frame this scenery. A mirrored wall provides dazzling double views and accentuates a spacious feel. The stylish new interiors have an upscale contemporary look that includes decorative arts of sea life and fun beach flair. Two fashionable vintage styled paisley chairs face a TV for entertainment that sits beside a gracious Wet Bar with a mottled granite countertop and plenty of room to serve drinks. A formal glass topped dining table has four sleek high backed white leather chairs and a matching seating bench for elegant, festive meals. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has four jet black stools that saddle up to another granite-topped bar where savory seafood or tasty appetizers may be served. A half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room.

The bright, spacious Master Bedroom upstairs includes a king-sized bed, a full luxury en-suite bath and balcony doors that provide glittering gulf views as well as direct access. The lovely Guest Bedroom on this level has vibrant rainbow toned drapes, a colorful, whimsical swordfish wall sculpture, two charming decorative metal framed full-sized beds, a twin daybed, and a full en-suite bath.

Besides the shimmering white beach and pool there is a fun Game Room along with a Fitness Center on site. This location is a short distance from Harborwalk Village, which offers an abundant array of restaurants and friendly waterfront bars on the Destin Harbor. Seasonal festivals with fireworks, free outdoor concerts, and delightful diversions are found there. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rates on the docks for pontoon boat rentals and water recreation craft. Other partners offer discounts to our guests for dolphin boat rides, sunset cruises, pirate boat adventures and fishing boats. The iconic Big Kahuna's Waterpark is almost directly across Harbor Boulevard from Silver Dunes and is a fantasy water world that includes thrill rides and tropical miniature golf with three sets golf courses that feature eighteen holes each.

Second Level: King Master Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access + Laundry, Guest Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Twin Daybed + and Tub/Shower Combo.

This Condo only allows for 8 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is heated during the winter.
