Snowdrift

This contemporary beachfront home is indeed nestled upon what looks like a big white "snowdrift." However, these snowy dunes are composed of pure quartz crystal sand and the property sited upon them overlooks the jeweled waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The gorgeous gulf is the star of the show in this bright vacation home, and you can't get much closer to the water's edge than this! The sparkling seascape is showcased by almost an entire wall of glass doors in the open Great Room. A white cathedral ceiling soars above, which dramatically accentuates the space and a row of a dozen square atrium windows crowns the top. Four sets of double sliding glass doors below lead out to a wide beachfront balcony, where you may enjoy the spectacular views first hand and be invigorated by the soothing sounds of the surf. The balcony spans across the gulf side of Snowdrift over to a side deck with a table and chairs. Here you may sip favorite drinks, relax relishing the vivid views, and perhaps create a fun Surf n Turf meal with the provided gas grill. Your own sugary shoreline is just a few steps away, where you may luxuriate in the glowing emerald toned waters, lie out on the beach, or try to spot some dolphins frolicking out in the distance.

The expansive open Great Room provides gulf views throughout and is richly accented by honey-toned hardwood flooring with classic oriental rugs. An up to date kitchen that includes a convenient bar with raised seating dovetails into the beachside dining area that includes a white country dining table with six high backed tropically inspired straw woven chairs. The open living area has a cream-colored couch, love seat, and chair adorned with decorative pillows that face a wall-mounted TV for entertainment.

The three bedrooms are decorated with sea sculptures and have a charming Americana look that may be reminiscent of beach vacations enjoyed during the golden summers of yesteryear. The Master Suite with an en suite bath and king-sized bed has blonde hardwood furnishings with a fashionable Vintage Modern look. One Guest Bedroom has a black iron-framed queen-sized bed while another is a cheerful bunk room for kids with two twin bunks. They share a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

This outstanding location is "off the beaten path" of  Emerald Coast Parkway in Miramar Beach, but in the heart of everything this area has to offer. Gulf-front restaurants with friendly laid back beach bars are minutes away along Scenic Gulf Drive. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special complimentary reduced rates there at Seascape for golf, tennis and watersport beach rentals. One of the largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, with over 110 stores, provides bargain prices on world-class goods. A wide array of restaurants, rollicking bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals with fireworks and free outdoor concerts are close by at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as upscale Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.
