This beachfront two bedroom condominium directly faces the emerald hued gulf at Sterling Sands, which is one of Destin's premier destinations. The location is the heart of Destin, so lots of delightful diversions are close by. However you may have a hard time leaving this beautiful place since it sits right upon the shimmering white beach with dazzling views across the jewel toned gulf. A large lagoon shaped swimming pool sits on a sugary dune overlooking the spectacular scenery. It is surrounded by an expansive multi-colored paver stone patio for sunning. A bubbling hot tub sits nearby for soothing relaxation and an attractive arbor flanked by twin palm trees leads to the private beach below. In case swimming in the pool, splashing around in the gulf or taking long walks on the beautiful beach is not enough exercise for you, there is also a Fitness Center on site.

Sterling Sands 312 has vibrant colorful décor providing a spicy ambiance with a rich Floridian flair. Light tile flooring and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to a breezy gulf front balcony enhances the spaciousness of the main open living area. A couch, that doubles a queen sized sleeper sofa, is flanked by two lamps and sits beside the glass doors which provides simultaneous views of the gulf as well as a flat screen TV. Nearby a charming round table has four chairs for intimate dining. The bright open kitchen has everything you need to create a savory seafood feast for those evenings when you decide to dine in. A counter bar is topped with granite providing a great spot to serve appetizers. The Master Bedroom has white furnishings, a full bath en suite and a king sized bed. The Guest Bedroom features a queen sized bed with access to another full bath that also serves as a powder room off the hallway.

This Downtown Destin location is minutes away from popular restaurants, lively bars, shopping venues and amusements for children as well as adults. The Destin Track is directly across the street with Go Karts, Bumper Boats, Arcade Games and Putt Putt Golf. Big Kahuna's giant Water Park and tropically themed miniature golf course is also close by. The Destin Marina and Harborwalk Village are just minutes away with a huge abundance of restaurants, friendly bars, specialty boutiques and seasonal festivals.

This Condo only allows for 4 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

The Sterling Sands HOA requires each guest five years and older to pay a $15 amenity fee at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Personal beach umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not permitted. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Sterling Sands is a smoke free environment with smoking prohibited in all common areas, including the pool and pool deck, beach, walkways, elevators, and unit balconies. The designated smoking area is located at the front entrance of the property off Highway 98.

Subject to the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated year-round.
