Sugaree Sands Up

This vacation residence on the south side of Scenic 30A is very spacious and features a large upstairs unit available to sleep 10 fortunate guests! You will enjoy a beach set up (Mar 1-Oct 31), four bikes, and exclusive access to the plunge pool, parking and the grilling area. If you have friends or family members that want to join your beach vacation, then both upstairs and downstairs units can be rented together as one rental to makeup a 6BR/6BA home, Sugaree Sands. The upstairs portion includes high vaulted ceilings, three bedrooms, three full baths, and a twin bunk nook. It's only a short stroll (with no major roads to cross) to the shimmering white shoreline and jewel-toned waters of the Gulf in Seagrove Beach. 

Sugaree Sands Up is full of natural light with an open Great Room that leads out to a covered porch overlooking a refreshing plunge pool and grilling area. The Great Room has a large, plush sectional couch, a dining table, and four bar stools looking into the white kitchen with quartz countertops. This is a wonderful setting for games, dining and lots of social time together. The Primary Bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, two vanity sinks, and a dual walk-in shower. There is a twin built-in bunk bed nook in the hallway. One Guest Bedroom features an ensuite bath and has a king-sized bed. The other beautifully appointed guest bedroom has direct access to a full shared hall bath and two comfortable queen- sized beds. Choose your upstairs stay in Seagrove Beach and enjoy full access to the private pool that can be heated upon request and a gas grill for fun family cookouts.

This prime location in Seagrove Beach is in the heart of the idyllic world of Scenic Highway 30A. It is close to wonderful local restaurants, including Café 30A, which is famously known for gourmet seafood and martini specials; Angelina's for delicious home style Italian meals; Mi Casita for zesty Mexican food and the Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House, which offers a mouthwatering array of tantalizing treats. It is also a short walk or bike ride to the new Greenway Station. Greenway Station is full of shops, dining, ice cream, coffee, wine and the new Salty Butcher wine bar and butcher shop. Iconic Seaside and the enchanting Dutch Colonial-styled Village of Rosemary Beach are just minutes away. Sugaree Sands is situated directly in the middle of WaterColor and WaterSound. Each village on 30A features additional great restaurants, friendly beach bars, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and seasonal firework displays.
