Situated on the gulf side of Scenic 30A in the lovely Sunrise Beach community, it is only steps away from the sugary white shoreline. However, you don't even have to go that far for some refreshing fun with a private lagoon-shaped saltwater swimming pool and outdoor grilling area in the backyard. Guests may also take advantage of an outdoor storage closet, a seasonal complimentary beach set up with two chairs and one umbrella, in addition to a convenient outdoor shower. Besides the relaxing pool patio, a columned veranda downstairs and a fully covered veranda upstairs provide a wonderful space for entertaining and enjoying the sparkling views. The upper-level balcony wraps around the side of this gracious home with two dining areas and multiple rocking chairs. Here you may enjoy favorite drinks and savory snacks while dining al fresco.

Suncatcher exudes charm with columned verandas spanning its width, a white picket fence, and lush tropical landscaping. Two of the guest quarters are conveniently located on the first floor. One Guest Bedroom has cottage-style furnishings with a king-sized bed, twin bunk, direct access to the pool patio, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The other Guest Bedroom is perfect for the kids with two bunks that include four twin beds and access to a full bath with a tub shower combination. Both guest bedrooms include flatscreen TVs for evening viewing pleasure.

The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are upstairs, along with the Master Suite. This bright, welcoming space features a soaring vaulted ceiling, lots of windows, and double glass doors that lead to the covered balcony with views of the pool and glistening gulf waters. A plush blue wraparound couch faces a large flatscreen TV provided for evening entertainment. Beach-inspired decorative art throughout this home includes marine life sculptures, colorful prints, and silk tropical plants. A dining area includes a long cream-colored rectangular table and eight colonial-styled ladder-backed chairs for charmed dining. The open kitchen nearby features rich granite-topped counters, including a bar with two spindle-backed hardwood chairs for additional wining and dining. Plenty of white cabinetry and appliances provide everything needed to create a fun family feast.

The Master Bedroom features a high vaulted ceiling that accentuates a spacious look. Comfortable cottage-style furnishings surround a king-sized bed, a day bed with a twin trundle, and a flatscreen TV. Double glass doors lead out to the upper-level balcony providing guests with charming views overlooking the pool deck. An ensuite Master Bath features unique stone countertops with a matching large walk-in shower.

This outstanding Santa Rosa Beach location is in the exclusively gated Sunrise Beach community. Besides the beautiful beach, this locale is a short stroll away from Draper Lake, a precious Coastal Dune Lake that is a true natural treasure. Lakes of this kind are found hardly anywhere else in the world. Creek-like tributary connections across the dunes create an exotic mixture of artisan spring-fed and salted waters. This combination supports abundant wildlife, fish, and plants. You may enjoy exploring this lovely world and try your luck fishing. This area is also a turtle nesting ground, so be careful where you step and only use specially tinted flashlights on the beach at night. This wonderful world of its own is surprisingly close to popular restaurants, friendly beach bars, shopping adventures, outdoor amphitheater concerts, and fun festivals nearby at the Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Twin Bunk and Walk-In Shower + Patio Access, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Twin Day Bed and Twin Trundle + Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access.

*add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed)

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Answer:

Suncatcher is a  great home, located less than a minute to the beach with no roads to cross. Yes, you can rent a golf cart - and if it's street legal, you can explore all of 30A. You can also walk to several excellent restaurants, including Shunk Gulley & Perfect Pig.

Thee owner's are spending time this off season updating the property and it will be ready to go by March


Here are just a few of the items that they are completing: 

Whole Interior painted

All new light fixtures & fans

Downstairs room being enlarged. Now opens to the pool area.

New bunks in the bunk room.

Refinishing stairs and 2nd floor wood floors

Shiplap wall in living room

New dining chairs

New curtains upstairs in living room

Added crown molding downstairs

Added beams to living room ceiling
