This gracious five-bedroom pet-friendly vacation home exudes charm and warmly embraces you with it's enchanting golden nostalgic architectural style. It is adorned with twin palms trees and stands three stories tall with a portal porch on the first level as well as multiple balconies above with soaring arched openings. Up to 16 fortunate guests, and two furry family members, may be comfortably accommodated here. It is located in an exclusive residential enclave overlooking a lovely lagoon near the sugary shoreline off Scenic Gulf Drive in sought after Miramar Beach near Destin.

Sunny Daze is a highly hospitable home that boasts over 3,000 square feet, so there's plenty of room for everyone with lovely bedrooms on both the first and third floors as well as the rooftop Tower Room. This design makes it an ideal vacation residence for separate family, group members, or friends. It is a short stroll away from a giant set of swimming pools and a bubbling hot tub at the neighboring Crescent Condominiums, which also provide full access to the beautiful beach. You may go "pool hopping" and then end up luxuriating in the glowing jewel toned waters of the gulf in no time!  

The first-floor level includes one of the two Master Bedroom Suites done in an upscale tropical style with a king-sized bed and a luxury bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. This level also includes one of the charming Guest Bedrooms with two fulls beds and access to a full bath.

The charming living and dining area are on the second floor decorated in beach chic fashion that is casual, comfortably furnished and the definition of rustic elegance. This area has direct access to some breezy balconies. A country hardwood dining table has bench seating and end chairs flanked by two chairs. It sits beside an open up-to-date kitchen with a marble-topped bar, straw thatch-topped stool seating, cream-colored custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances that inspire a fun family feast.

The spacious, bright sunny primary Master Bedroom with a king sized bed is on the third floor with a luxurious en-suite bath and wonderful private beach view balcony.  Another lovely Guest Bedroom with a full bed is also on this floor with its own en-suite bath and viewing balcony. The rooftop Tower Room includes a full bunk with a full trundle -which kids will love!

Featuring the best of both worlds, this private beach view home also has full access to the neighboring beachfront condo complex.  Guest will enjoy splashing in one of two beachfront pools (one heated seasonally), relaxing in the community hot tub, grilling up surf and turf at the on-site grills, dining al fresco at one of the gazebos, burning off calories at the fitness center, and enjoying ample white sandy beach. 

This hospitable rental home is in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach close to favorite seafood restaurants and friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive, a championship golf course and professional tennis courts at Seascape, bargain shopping at one of America's largest Discount Designer Centers known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, and wine shops. An abundant array of other restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops and amusements of all kinds are also minutes away at the charming New Orleans inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Walk-In Shower.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, Powder Room, Laundry.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Full Bedroom with Walk-In Shower.

Fourth Floor: Bunk Room with Full Bunk + Full Trundle and Balcony Access.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, one of the community pools is seasonally heated.
