This comfortably furnished property with three bedrooms easily sleeps six happy beachgoers. It sits high upon a sugary dune in Blue Mountain Beach, famously known for having the highest elevation on 30A and the entire Gulf of Mexico. Views out toward the sunny southern horizon across the glittering jewel-toned waters seem endless and are truly heavenly. A covered patio off the open living area provides a perfect spot to enjoy favorite beverages while enjoying the vivid views and listening to the surf sounds down below. Stairs lead down to the private beach. The Master Bedroom Suite also takes advantage of these views with a double window that looks right out over the gulf.

The bright light living area in Sunseekers 1 is very inviting with warm, casual coastal-styled décor and an eye toward comfort. Latte-colored walls and parchment-toned floor tiling accentuate a spacious look. A couch and two armchairs have safari-style slipcovers strewn with decorative pillows. They are flanked by a unique Vintage Modern bent cane framed lounge accent chair added for comfort. These furnishings are positioned around a square rustic beach-washed hardwood table for your drinks and snacks. A large wall-mounted flatscreen TV above stained wooden shelving nearby provides entertainment. The open kitchen has sleek white quartz countertops, honey-toned cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. A delightful dining area has a rectangular hardwood topped table with bench seating and two straw-woven chairs.

The Primary Bedroom off the living area includes a queen-sized bed beside the windows overlooking the gulf. It has its own access to the patio. It also features a flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure and a private ensuite bath with a tub-shower combination.  One of the Guest Bedrooms has a queen-sized bed with a rustic wood headboard, white side tables, a decorative wall mirror, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room. The other Guest Bedroom with twin beds is absolutely charming with blue tufted-back headboards and a matching nightstand centered between both beds to match.

This Blue Mountain Beach location is minutes away from the idyllic lifestyle this area is known for, including restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, galleries, open-air amphitheater concerts, and marvelous year-round festivals. The coastal village of Blue Mountain Beach is primarily residential with a captivating, almost Bohemian-type atmosphere and is home to some local artists. However, it also features some popular local restaurants with lively bars, an old-fashioned creamery, a wonderful bakery, and 30A's oldest Health Food Store, which has organic produce, smoothies, homeopathic remedies, Tupelo honey, scented soaps, candles, as well as massage therapy.
