Enjoy a spectacular SUNSET on the stunning BEACH when you stay in this lovely five bedroom vacation home that's only a short stroll away from the sand. This hospitable rental is located in a private residential neighborhood south of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. Although you are in a private neighborhood you are still only minutes away from a wide assortment of venues for dining, drinking and entertainment. However you may have a hard time leaving Sunset Beach since it has so many creature comforts and delightful diversions.

This includes a lovely lagoon shaped swimming pool surrounded by a paver patio. It is flanked by a row of palm trees that gently sway in the wind and anchored by a brand new Tiki Bar. The Tiki Bar is on a sun deck beneath an attractive arbor that is the perfect place to enjoy tropical drinks poolside. There is even an entertainment system here that includes a flat screen TV for that "must see" game. A table with six chairs on the patio allows you to dine al fresco if you so desire. Lounge chairs are there as well to soak up the glorious rays of the sun and additional seating is here looking down upon the pool from an adjacent columned open porch.

The interiors of Sunset Beach are spacious and tastefully decorated with a distinctively upscale look. Cream-colored walls trimmed with white molding blend seamlessly into the comfortably furnished main living area. A dove-grey couch doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, and three coral-patterned accent chairs face a flat screen TV for evening entertainment. The open modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. A latte colored countertop has four raised bar seats. The formal dining area has seating for eight around a glass topped table that sits beneath a vintage chandelier. One of the beautifully appointed guest bedrooms is on the first floor with a queen sized bed and access to the full hall bathroom.

The second floor has three other bedrooms including one of the two Master Suites, each of which has a comfortable king sized bed and private luxury bathroom. The other two guest rooms share a full bathroom that is directly accessible from each. One has a queen sized bed and its own balcony. The other is perfect for the kids since it has multiple colorful bunks that can sleep up to six. The main Master Bedroom Suite comprises the entire third floor. It is spacious with a decorative metal framed king sized bed, a sitting area and full private bathroom. This room also has its own breezy balcony where you may lounge around and relish the views of the glistening gulf in the distance.

This grand location places you close to popular beachside restaurants, championship golf and discount shopping at the nation's largest designer discount outlet known as Silver Sands. Delightful diversions are available at Sandestin's Grand Boulevard and the Village of Baytowne Wharf which is also just minutes away.
