Like they say, "location, location...". Our party of seven included 89 y/o who was able to enjoy the beach as much as she wanted. Even on the day of departure, had time to enjoy it one more time before heading to airport. House was great and ate there most of the time as we saw little need to go out for meals.
We had an awesome stay in this house. It is close to both the beach access and the community pool. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any rental I have ever stayed in, with a variety of pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. We would book this house again.
