This idyllic community is in a wonderful world of its own yet minutes away from delightful diversions in Santa Rosa Beach. It has close access to the beautiful beach, a community pool for freshwater entertainment, and a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking on Draper Lake. Precious treasured Coastal Dune Lakes of this kind are extremely rare and found in very places around the world. Their magical mixture of gulf-salted artesian freshwater supports a huge abundance of fish, wildlife, and natural fauna.
The Moeller House is a spacious home with a charming golden Americana style design. It sprawls across the end of an entire block. A lower level open front porch provides a warm welcome while a columned second-story veranda spans its width above. It also features an open rooftop Observation Deck off the third floor. They all overlook the lush tropical grounds that include a row of towering palms and live oaks, all bordered by a white picket fence. This provides bonus outdoor space to enjoy favorite drinks and snacks while relishing the balmy views.
The first floor features an open living and dining area adjoining double glass doors that lead out to the front porch that are flanked by two sets of floor to ceiling windows providing lots of light. The living area includes a comfortable seating ensemble with a cream-colored couch, two pastel blue armchairs, and two elegant accent chairs that sit beneath a vintage chandelier. A flatscreen TV nearby is mounted on a wall above a beach washed hardwood credenza. The other side of the room has a unique tropically inspired chandelier above a white rectangular country table with six rustic side chairs and two light creamy high backed wicker end chairs for charmed dining. The kitchen beside it has a bright look with two windows, cream-colored cabinetry, and brushed stainless steel appliances. Two of the guest quarters are on this same level, and they share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower that also serves as a powder room. One of these lovely bedrooms has two queen-sized beds and cottage styled furnishings. The other has two unique built-in beds with a very spacious seating area with four chairs and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
The Master Bedroom and another guest bedroom upstairs have king-sized beds and direct upper-level veranda access that glistens gulf views. The Master Bedroom features an ensuite luxury bath with separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-walled shower. The Guest bedroom has use of a full hall bath with a tub shower combination. A bonus tower loft bedroom on the third floor has two queen beds surrounded by three walls of windows for vivid gulf views and an open rooftop deck to enjoy the spectacular seascape first hand.
This fantastic Santa Rosa Beach location is very close to restaurants, beach bars, fashion boutiques, open-air amphitheater concerts on a grassy lawn, art shows, and seasonal festivals hosted at the coastal village center of Gulf Place. It is also just minutes away from other dreamy seaside villages along this scenic route, including Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the fall and holiday weeks.
The use of golf carts are prohibited in the Old Florida Beach community.
