Townhomes at Crystal Beach 1 is a three-story end-unit with additional windows and privacy. The first floor has a spacious bonus living area that includes two sand-colored couches, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a bar table, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator freezer, a microwave, and a wet bar. This space doubles as a guest bedroom with a queen-size sleeper sofa serving as the bed and a hall bath with a walk-in shower. Inside, a beach-inspired hardwood dining table includes six decorative spindle-backed chairs with cushioned seats near a granite topped pass thru into the kitchen where cocktails and appetizers can be enjoyed. The primary bedroom and final guest bedroom are on the top level. The primary bedroom has a tropical look with a king-size bed featuring a straw-woven headboard. It sits beside sliding glass doors with gulf-front views and direct access to a romantic balcony. It also features a beach-theme painted cabinet, a wicker rocking chair, and an ensuite bath with a glass-walled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin bunk bed which utilizes a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.
