Treasure Chest is a charming vacation home that has four bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 happy beachgoers. It is located in a sought-after location off Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. You will find yourself in the heart of everything this area has to offer, but since you are tucked away in a private residential neighborhood you will be in a wonderful world of your own. The pristine beach is just a short stroll away with no roads to cross. However, you don't have to take more than a few steps to enjoy a refreshing dip since this home has a private pool. The lagoon shaped pool has a lovely landscaped setting out back that is adorned with towering palm trees, tropical plantings, a paver tiled patio, and a raised sun deck with a tiki bar and flatscreen TV. A gas grill, tables and chairs may inspire you to create your own Surf n Turf meal while enjoying favorite drinks before dining poolside.

The interiors of this hospitable home are upscale and comfortable. The open living area has light tiled flooring with a latte colored wraparound couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, and a matching armchair that face a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Across the room, a large rectangular dining table has seating for eight beneath a decorative chandelier with multiple Edison lights. It provides a great setting for a fun family feast. Four more may be seated on raised chairs that sit beside a counter bar that faces the open kitchen, featuring gleaming stainless steel appliances. This also provides a great space to serve tasty appetizers or a savory seafood buffet. Glass doors conveniently lead out from the main living area to the sparkling pool.

A lovely Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with a queen size bed and has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room off the living area. The Master Bedroom and two additional Guest Bedrooms are upstairs. The Master Bedroom has a private luxury bath en suite with duel vanities in elegant custom cabinetry, a comfortable king size bed under a regal tray ceiling and also has direct access to a romantic private balcony that overlooks the pool. The Guest Bedroom includes a queen size bed and shares a full bath with a wonderful Bunk Room nearby which is perfect for kids. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated in its own unique style and has a wall mounted flat screen TV.

This tremendous location is near popular beachfront restaurants, area grocery stores, and wine bars. The famed Silver Sands outlet is minutes away. A wide array of restaurants, specialty shops, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free concerts and family amusements are also nearby at Sandestin.

First Floor: Furnished in soothing earth tones the living, dining room and kitchen area flow into the landscaped backyard pool area, fenced for privacy. With its decorative tile deck, grill, outdoor dining furniture and comfortable lounge chairs, it is a private retreat all on its own! The dining area and utility room are also on this level. The large flat screen TV in the living room is perfect for family movie night. The large sectional conveniently converts into a queen-sized sleeper sofa for added bedding. A queen bedroom is well appointed and shares a bath with the great room. Two twin rollaways are also provided for additional bedding (linens not included).

Second Floor: With its own "Juliet" balcony, the king bedroom and bathroom suite is spacious and hosts beautifully crafted twin cabinetry sinks. The queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the bunk bed room. With two full/twin bunk beds that sleep up to six, it is the idea spot for excited little ones to fall asleep dreaming about the beach!

Cool tile floors, area rugs, granite countertops, flatscreen TV's in every room and a very short walk to the beach (with no streets to cross) make this a most inviting beach house. Restaurants, ice cream, souvenir shops and grocery stores are within two blocks (no treasure maps required).
