Tresca Pines

Tresca Pines is a spacious six-bedroom, six and one-half bathroom vacation home in Seagrove Beach for 16 ecstatic gulf-going guests. Nestled under soaring pines overlooking the serene Tresca Lake, it is steps away from the white sandy beaches and emerald green water of 30A, where lifelong memories are made. In fact, there are three easy beach access locations less than a seven-minute walk away. Tresca Lake is a beautiful peace-filled setting with lilypads and waterfowl, including ducks, egrets, and great blue herons. The 4,800-square-foot home is comprised of only two levels on a secluded half-acre lot at the end of the street. This tree-filled lakefront lot provides family and friends plenty of room to enjoy outdoor games and activities while basking in the presence of nature. A large sparkling swimming pool offers fun, refreshing frolic, and a sunning ledge with lounge chairs is the perfect place to relax. There is also an outdoor shower after hitting the beach, a picnic table for poolside meals, and a large comfy sectional for casual conversation. Two sets of French doors lead from the poolside veranda to a spacious living area inside. It includes a kitchenette with a wet bar and beverage refrigerator for entertainment. An ash-gray wraparound couch faces a large flatscreen TV for a relaxing movie night in. A nearby table is provided for eating or playing games, and a half bath serves as a convenient powder room.

One primary bedroom and three guest bedrooms are located on the home's first floor. The primary bedroom has white cottage-styled furnishings, a king-size bed, a large closet, a flatscreen TV, and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The ensuite bath has double vanity sinks, thick marble countertops, and a glass-walled walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms on this level also includes a king-size bed, while the other two have queen-size beds. One of the queen bedrooms has a queen-size sleeper sofa for added bedding. All three guest bedrooms include private ensuite baths with a tub shower combination, spacious closets, and flatscreen TVs for nighttime viewing pleasure.

Upstairs, a second-floor great room incorporates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. This room is flooded with natural light from French doors and multiple windows. A cathedral ceiling fashioned with stained hardwood tongue-and-groove flows throughout this entire space. Three sets of french doors lead out to the covered wraparound balcony with a gas grill, party lighting, and views overlooking the pool, lake, and pine trees. This expansive outdoor space is great for large groups to cook out while watching a football game and dining at the outdoor picnic table. A cozy seating area is provided to enjoy coffee and a sunrise or sunset and a cocktail. Inside, the living room has a dove gray wraparound couch, a caramel-colored leather armchair, and a straw-woven ottoman beneath a beaded chandelier. This seating ensemble faces a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for family entertainment. A coastal-inspired dining area in the center of the room includes a country hardwood table flanked by bamboo chairs and two white high-back chairs. The open kitchen nearby has a cozy conversation area with four unique carved chairs with striped cushions around a cypress coffee table. A marble island with cascaded sides beneath gleaming elliptical brass light fixtures includes a sink and four high-top acrylic chairs for wining and dining. State-of-the-art brushed stainless steel appliances and two walls of contemporary white cabinetry provide everything needed for fun culinary delights.

The primary bedroom on the second floor has lovely lake views and a regal king-size bed with a gray cloth headboard. It faces a large flatscreen TV mounted above a rustic hardwood dresser for evening entertainment beside a plush armchair. The ensuite luxury bath has double vanity sinks, a glass-walled marble shower, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on this floor is a bunk room with two twins and two queen-sized beds. This room has a spacious closet, a flatscreen TV, and access to a hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

This Seagrove Beach locale is minutes away from the iconic village of Seaside and enchanting Rosemary Beach. Each coastal 30A town includes popular restaurants, friendly beach bars, boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, festivals, and outdoor concerts. Complimentary bikes are provided to grab a morning coffee at the nearby Beach Bean, or afternoon lunch at The Perfect Pig. Be sure to stop by Old Florida Fish House for dinner and live music, or head over to The Big Chill in Seacrest Beach for outdoor movie nights, great food, and savory drinks. Eastern Lake is within walking distance, where you can rent a kayak or paddleboard, and try your luck at fishing. Deer Lake State Park is also nearby, which encompasses 2,000 acres of sensational seascape, including hiking trails, ancient sand dunes and beaches, scrub oaks, magnolias, cola-colored streams, and pristine cypress marshlands.
