Who Sells Sea Shells

This charming vacation home is tucked away in the enchanting residential community of Old Florida Cottages south of Scenic 30A and conveniently close to the town center of Santa Rosa Beach. The neighborhood is a short stroll away from the sugary shoreline and jeweled waters of the gorgeous glowing gulf. This community also has its own neighborhood pool, so you'll have the best of both worlds. The pool includes restrooms, showers, an expansive sun deck for relaxing leisure and a covered pavilion with tables. Grills are located there as well so you may have a fun cookout and dine poolside.

As soon as you see Who Sells Sea Shells you are charmed by its inviting presence. It sits on a nice corner lot with a white picket fence that wraps around the front and side. Twin magnolia trees and a triple set of towering palms give it a serene southern tropical setting. Additional royal palms on the sides, Sega palms, azaleas and other lush shrubbery complete this effect. A columned veranda spans across the front with two Adirondack rocking chairs where you may enjoy the breezes and scenery while sipping upon some lemonade or perhaps a margarita!

The upper level has a matching private balcony off the Guest Bedroom. This South Walton home has a total of two bedrooms and can sleep four happy guests. The cottage styled living area has a place for dining beside an open kitchen. White tile flooring and light yellow walls give this room a spacious countenance. A pastel floral patterned couch, a yellow subtly striped love seat and a cream-colored leather chair face a corner armoire that houses a TV for entertainment. A glass door leads out back to a covered deck. The dining table sits beside a bay window with four attractive white decorative country chairs next to a square maple topped table beneath a sconce chandelier. The kitchen has two raised matching decorative chairs facing a counter bar where drinks or tasty treats may be served.

The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom upstairs both feature private en-suite baths and individual balconies. The Master Suite has lovely rose pink interior walls accented by creamy white furnishings and a tall matching headboard on the queen sized bed. Windows and the glass door leading to the balcony provide a light, bright look. The Guest Bedroom at the other end of the hallway also has a queen sized bed which faces a glass door and window looking out upon the balcony. A fanciful, colorful fish border near the ceiling and vibrant prints give it a tropical feel. Both full private baths include a tub with a shower while a half bath downstairs acts as a pretty powder room.  

This great South Walton locale is just a few minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, boutiques and art galleries along Scenic 30A. Many of them are located at the Santa Rosa Beach town center of Gulf Place, which celebrates multiple seasonal festivals and concerts throughout the year.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving and Spring Break.
