Windancer 108 is a one bedroom, one and a half bathroom vacation rental that is perfect for a special romantic rendezvous but can also sleep up to six guests for a family getaway since it has bunk beds tucked off the hallway and a queen size sleeper sofa. This property has been completely refurbished with new comfortable furnishings, linens, rugs, decorative art and interior paint. It is a sought after ground floor unit with a patio overlooking a lush lawn with the glistening gulf as a beautiful backdrop. A set of grills directly across from the private patio sit on a sugary dune flanked by two palm trees overlooking the shoreline. The close proximity, vivid views and salt scented air inspires the creation of a grilled delightfully easy "Surf n Turf" meal. A short distance away there is a lagoon shaped swimming pool with panoramic views of the bright beach. Two sets of sliding glass doors frame this same scenery from inside the open main living area.

Condo 108 is comfortably furnished in a deliberate laid back fashion while vibrantly colored art and whimsical sea life adorn the walls. A wide TV provides entertainment. Four may be seated for dining around a rustic table while three more may grab a seat at the granite-topped bar. The ample kitchen is readily available for those evenings when you decide to dine in. The Master Bedroom Suite has a comfortable king size bed, creamy white furnishings and a serene casual ambiance with a sunny window. A wall mounted TV is available for relaxing nighttime viewing pleasure. A full hall bathroom doubles as a convenient powder room with direct access from the Master Bedroom. The bunk nook nestled in off the hallway provides two cozy twin beds for the kids while the queen size sleeper sofa may sleep two more.

This sensational location is equidistant to all the happenings in Destin and delightful diversions along Scenic 30A in South WALTON. Popular gulf front restaurants and friendly beach bars are nearby along Scenic Gulf Drive. Grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the nationally famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets are very close by. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates for championship golf and tennis at nearby Seascape.
