Step into Without A Doubt, a Miramar Beach vacation home that radiates southern coastal charm. Designed to host up to 14 beachgoers, this four-bedroom rental boasts a regal presence with two levels of white-columned porches that offer views of a palm-studded front yard. These porches are adorned with chic coastal furnishings, from rope swings to cane-frame lounge chairs, inviting relaxation at every corner. The home's third-story observation tower is an exciting bonus space, perfect for kids and offering panoramic views. With recent renovations, guests are guaranteed both comfort and modern conveniences during their stay.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area of Without A Doubt has tall ceilings, loads of windows providing natural light, and cozy, elegant furnishings. A plush white couch doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, while a matching love seat and tan armchair are centered around a stylish hardwood cocktail table. This seating ensemble faces a large flatscreen TV for entertainment mounted above a rustic, richly woven cabinet that displays beach-inspired décor. Decorative art throughout this lovely home includes tropically-inspired sculptures, a giant starfish, vases with silk plants, woven baskets, driftwood, waterfowl paintings, sea life prints, and nautical objects. The dining area is embellished with four side chairs and two tall end chairs beside a white nautical table. Two straw basket chandeliers are suspended above a wide quartz countertop with four white saddle stools for additional entertainment space. The new state-of-the-art kitchen includes white custom cabinetry, brushed stainless steel appliances, a French-styled refrigerator freezer, and an oven with an air fryer. A guest bedroom off the living area includes a king-size bed with a beachy beige cloth headboard, sunny windows, and a glass door leading to the lower-level veranda. It has access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination that also serves as a powder room.

Venture upstairs to the second floor to find the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and a walk-in shower, in addition to two guest bedrooms that share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. The primary suite has a king-size bed with a beige cloth headboard, a large flatscreen TV mounted over a stylish creamy white dresser, a sleek armchair, and direct access to a private romantic balcony with a porch swing for two. A casual coffee bar is also provided to start your beach day right! The guest bedrooms include queen-sized beds, flatscreen TVs, and individualized décor. One quarter has a natural straw woven headboard that resembles a peacock’s fan against a wall with vivid green palm frond prints and is flanked by two unique round log bedside tables with lamps. The other guest quarter has an olive-green wood paneled headboard flanked by two matching hardwood side tables with regal earth-toned lamps. Bright bonus quarters await on the third floor with two custom-made twin bunk beds, each featuring built-in flatscreen TVs for nighttime entertainment.

Located in the privileged residential enclave of Gulfside Cottages, visitors are just a stone’s throw away from a large community pool and a two-minute stroll from the bright, beautiful beach. The refreshing community pool is seasonally heated, includes convenient restroom facilities, and has a spacious sun deck for lounging. As for beach access, residents can choose between two at either end of the community. Talk about the best of both worlds!

This incredible Miramar Beach locale is close to popular gulf front restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. A championship golf course, a professional tennis center, and beach recreational rentals are available at Seascape Resort, where Ocean Reef guests receive special reduced rates. Abundant amusements, great restaurants, lively bars, shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, and elaborate festivals are also nearby in the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and the swank Grand Boulevard of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

Based off of the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
