Newer 'South Walton Cottage' in the much sought after 'Old Florida Cottages' neighborhood. On the south side (beachside) of Scenic Highway 30-A in South Walton County between Destin and Panama City. Three miles to historic Grayton Beach and the famous 'Red Bar' and four miles to the famous town of Seaside where the movie the “Truman Show” was filmed.
Keylime is very bright and the decor is very "beachy." Numerous windows abound. This vacation home has parking for two cars, community Pool (20 yards away) and gas grills just out the back door. A short 3.5 minute walk to the beach with showers and access over the dunes. Palm trees and cobblestone paved streets line the neighborhood. Inside you will find a modern two story home. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. There are three televisions, two VCR's, a DVD player, as well as a stereo system and three telephones.
First Floor: Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room with sleeper sofa, half hall bath, and Laundry room
Second Floor: 2 Twin bedrooms with private deck and full bath, King Bedroom with private deck and full bath
